I ordered a desk chair, which apparently everyone else ordered as well. Grayson Living has been keeping me in the loop about my order and giving me the option of canceling or continuing. This is the first thing I've ordered from them, but so far so good! I love their website. Lots to choose from!

So, far, (1 month), they have taken my money, delivered nothing, given no assurance they will ever deliver anything, and harassed me with phone calls. They seem to call to see if they can just forget the contract and keep my money. They indicate this is how they normally do business. There are e-businesses that actually deliver what they promise. I strongly advise against giving Grayson, or JKH Ripoff, or whatever fake name they're presently using your money, and dealing, instead, with a reputable firm.

My chair arrived damaged after waiting 4 months. The frame was cracked. I was refused service or the refund or exchange because I did not keep the box or a picture of the box. All of this after I called them immediately and no one said or emailed back to keep the box. I then was asked one week later for the box or my refund/echange would not be allowed. Now I am out of nearly $5000.

Disappointing that when I asked about availability prior to ordering that the representative indicated that the desk was in stock and available to ship. At the time of ordering, April 7th, I got an estimated delivery of April 26th. Now I get an email saying that the desk will not ship until May 6th. That is not an acceptable practice, and would expect expedited shipping to correct your issues. Although you have had my money since April 7th, I doubt that anyone will be trying to make this delivery more efficient.

Glad I was able to find a table that peaked my interest so much in Mar 21 . Not happy that it will not be delivered until September because of the pandemic, which is not Grayson living’s fault. 😟😟😟 Must learn how to be more patient🤣🤣 6 more months to wait for a table❓ Yeah it’s that pretty‼️‼️‼️🤗

I haven’t gotten my furniture yet. And I won’t until probably mid June. So I can’t comment on the product yet. However I had 1 million questions before I committed to purchasing two loveseats. I decided to use the chat function on Grayson living. And I have to tell you the customer service rep was outstanding. Everything from delivery, white glove delivery, the height of the seat from the floor and April discounts. I’m a fan.

Buyer beware. Ordered four chairs from this company. Every chair arrived damaged. First set they offered a small discount. Second set I refused discount and did t hear anything from them. They asked for pictures and more pictures. They mailed me a fabric swatch and I had to take a picture of it next to the chairs. They were going to review for a refund. A month later still didn’t hear from them. I finally had to call my credit card company. Horrible customer service and horrible quality. Do not buy from them!!

The Grayson team was very helpful in completing my order and applying my new member discount. Very appreciative. A little bummed that one item will not arrive for a few months, but supply is out of Grayson's control. Appreciate that I could order ahead of time, but would have liked the site to indicate delivery delay was expected at time of initial order placement. Not a big deal, but an opportunity for site improvement.

Disappointed that the product was not in stock as advertised. I ordered the bed, with the knowledge that it was in stock and a couple of weeks out. It is still advertised as being in stock. I even talked to customer service about this item, and they never indicated that is was not available for 6 months! So at this time I am going to wait, but very disappointed!

I placed my order with Grayson online ... they were quick to respond with how many days I would be given a update of availability. Unfortunately my order will be delayed through no fault of theirs... so far the communication between them and myself has been very quick and professional. So saying that I would definitely purchase items from them again.
