He graciously answered all questions and assisted me in obtaining the best price compared to online furniture companies in NYC and NC. I will have to wait for the next shipment because my item is out of stock, but it is exactly what I have been looking for!

United States | 02 June 2021I ordered a dining table and 4 chairs on January 13, 2021 totaling over $5000. I paid extra for the "white glove delivery" which was to include the unpacking of the items and placement in my room. When the delivery company arrived they informed me that they would be unable to comply with that as they were only allotted 15 minutes. I was never informed of that. As I needed to actually see the items out of the box, we unpacked them and the table and one of they chairs were badly damaged. I refused those items and proceeded to file a replacement claim with Grayson Living. This was on March 31st. I STILL do not have the replacement table or chair. The items have been "lost at the freight company", "in transit" or "backordered" after NUMEROUS communications with Grayson customer service. I am now being told that I will receive the table by early July and the replacement chair maybe in September. I am not confident that will occur. This company, their suppliers and their chosen freight companies are AWFUL and I will never purchase from them again and I would caution anyone out there of doing so

United States | 29 May 2021Grayson customer service and our furniture was fine. While we paid for white glove service, the shipper attempted to refuse both the assembly and take away of packaging. The shipper FragilePak said that white glove did not mean assembly. Eventually the furniture was reluctantly assembled. Grayson acknowledged the confusion and refunded $100 of the $199 for the White Glove service.

Very disappointed with the process so far and why they would not accept my offer, which was higher than what I paid but provided white glove delivery since I could this after having a recent surgery. Depating on whether to wait for items or not. So far not impressed.

United States | 26 May 2021Cancellation is one day after order, but delivery dates are not available for 3 business days. Not even sure if this is legal, but it certainly is misleading. I now have to wait 3 weeks longer than other sites with the same table. 1 day cancellation after a delivery date is determined would be tough, but at least understandable.
