This company are scammers !!!! I bought 2 pair of shorts by Rick Owens size Just in case one didn’t fit . I returned the one was small with attached tags etc. ( just tried on) and sniped back next day after receiving ,they refuse to except by saying I damaged item!

I had to return some shoes, and Garmentory made the process very smooth. Also, everyone I corresponded with was extremely friendly, professional, and prompt. It makes me feel confident shopping with such a thoughtful company.

Customer service at Garmentory is the best. I recently ordered an item that was a sizing issue. Customer Service went above and beyond to resolve an issue with an item I had ordered. They were able to resolve the issue by arranging an exchange. Their patience and resolve and follow up rectified the issue quickly. I was so pleased that I will be using Garmentory more. Needless to say I was delighted with their customer service and very happy with my product choice - I highly recommend them - the best of the best.

Dont use them..they are 3rd party and have the worst customer service. Also they are not on the buyers side when a damaged item ia recieved..i bought a pair of shoes that came damaged they told me to send then back , mind you within 1 day, they gave me 24 hours to send then back beacuse of a 14 day window, BUT it took them that long to reply to my email about the damaged item They are denying the refund because i returnd the shoes in original shoe box and not another box...lol..never use them

I never thought I would write a bad review of a company that supports small owned businesses like myself. However, I need to WARN other people from purchasing from Garmentory. I received an item on the 28th of May and it was in poor quality, not what I would expected, so I asked for a return one business day later, 31th of May. The customer service denied me a return, saying my 7 day window of return started when my package arrived to my post office. I live rural and only visit my post office once a week, especially during Covid-19 restrictions, so my return window was closed BEFORE I even picked up the package (!) according to Garmentory. DHL tracking shows clearly package was delivered to me on the 28th! Please be aware, this is not a serious company with a friendly customer service! I needed to open a Paypal-claim to hopefully be able to return and get my money back!!

I ordered a pair of sandals in the wrong size, and despite it being a final sale item and completely my fault, customer service went above and beyond to help exchange them for me. Would definitely recommend garmentory and I'll be back again :)

I ordered a paired of shoes from Nisolo through Garmentory. After several weeks, the package hadn't arrived and the tracking showed there had been issues with the shipping. I contacted Garmentory, who said it wasn't there problem and that it was Nisolo's -- but Nisolo said they had no idea why Garmentory claimed that, as it was Garmentory who had shipped the item. Garmentory was incredibly rude about the issue and refused to look into what had happened. They also refused to issue a refund after more weeks passed. Eventually, the parcel somehow ended back at Garmentory, and they still refused to issue a refund until I called and had another stressful conversation with yet another unfriendly, very arrogant staff person. The company has zero customer service and are weirdly aggressive about questions, and unscrupulous about refunding your money when you don't receive the product. Just too dodgy.

Bought over $2000.00 of clothing from several companies including Rachel Pally. Clothes were generally terrible. Thick material like sailcloth. Photography does not represent the items. Styling and stitch work very poor. Do not buy here.

Worst customer service EVER. One of the pairs of pants was missing from the order when I received it from UPS and the other was 1) the wrong item, as the listing specified no pockets on the pants, and the one pair I received had pockets and 2) definitely mislabeled as the wrong size. I was told there would be a UPS claim filed for the damaged packaging/missing pair of pants, and I have yet to hear anything back about the fact that the vendor sent me the wrong pants. I sent multiple photos both of the packaging that was damaged and the pants that were not the ones I ordered. Customer service just stopped responding to me altogether after I sent photos of the packaging and pants! Garmentory clearly could care less about making it right when they mess up - don't shop here!

I guess you either love or hate this company. I'm in the hate category. As I've seen now from the endless reviews discussing credit card claims made against the company, I would like to add that I also had to make a claim with my card company and reported them to the Better Business Bureau. Their return policy is woefully unethical. I followed their guidelines to a T and they still shipped my order back to me and refused the return stating that I had somehow gotten a microscopic yellow stain on the inseam of the dress, literally on the inside of the dress at the hem. It's unfathomable. I had the audacity to try the dress on and I guess that's grounds for them to refuse the return and refund. I personally would never order for them again, and I would recommend being very cautious about it to anyone else. In my correspondence with the company, which was grossly unapologetic and unhelpful, they asserted that they couldn't assume the expense of the return. Personally, I think that explains a lot of the issues customers have with them.. they're broke. I would describe this company as dishonest and their return practices are misleading and predatory.

I love shopping at Garmentory. I find designers and clothing I can find nowhere else unless I drive miles or take a plane. Garmentory takes me to Portugal and Spain and France, Montreal and LA and Denver and Vancouver. The photographs allow me to see and nearly touch what I'm buying. I find designers I know and designers I don't and my closet expands with their treasures. I've never purchased an item from Garmentory I didn't love. And the support is invaluable. I ask questions about sizing, I ask questions about color, and the responses come back in a flash. I've met some very pleasant people in these exchanges. I appreciate what a hard business clothing boutiques work in and I admire their courage, their commitment to design, their generosity with their customers. I wish I could say something bad about Garmentory. I can't. It's a blessing. Kent Jacobson

I made a purchase through Garmentory Wednesday evening and had my package in hand by Friday morning. Love that super fast shipping! The item fits great and is exactly as pictured. I also reached out to the Garmentory customer service team regarding an unapplied promotion as with first purchase through their site you should receive $10 off. This was not applied to my first purchase. When I reached out they sorted me out quickly and applied the $10 credit back to me! Amazing customer service. To sum it up, Garmentory has a wide array of fashionable items with a fantastic customer support team behind their ops and lightning fast shipping. 10/10 will shop again.

What a wonderful site. I love the idea of having a single shopping destination for so many indie brands and small business boutique. It's becoming so hard to buy unique and high-quality clothes these days, and for small brands it's especially hard to find who stocks them. Moreover, I'm trying to shift more of my purchases to small businesses, and Garmentory makes that easy. I love being able to go on their site and purchase from a small business even when I'm buying well-known brands. Lastly, the checkout process was super smooth and transparent -- no scammy practices like asking for my email without telling me why, or signing me up for a mailing list without me realizing it. I saw some bad reviews for their returns policy, and while that sucks, it also seems like people don't realize Garmentory is just a marketplace for other boutiques to list their items. I think of it as Fancy Ebay/Etsy in a way :). So it sounds like the issues were with the boutiques policies, and honestly with everything that's going on right now you'd think customers who have the money to spend on nice clothes would be a little more understanding of the constraints and challenges that small businesses are under. I bought something final sale and if it doesn't work out I plan to Real Real it. Anyway, I had a great experience and would recommend Garmentory to anyone!

I love shopping with Garmentory! They have such a fun and unique selection of items! I also find their customer service to be very helpful with answering questions before I buy something, and after if I need help with shipping/tracking.
