Did what they promised with very few hiccups. Payment was made only after services were performed

Folks...In this slippery disgusting time share industry, these guys got it done. You can bang your head against the wall all day long, but these guys got it done for me. That's about all I can say.

All you can ask of a company that you have to pay to take your timeshare is that they do as promised. That's the experience I had with Timeshare Specialists. They gave me a price and a time-frame. Once I paid them, they conducted the rest of the process and I was rid of the timeshare in a few weeks instead of a few months. I was very satisfied with my transaction. They disposed of a second timeshare for me with similar results.

They did an excellent job--quick and easy. The staff was wonderful and explained exactly what needed to be done. I would definitely highly recommend this company.

Everything was great until papers were lost and we had to go through a part of the process again. It also took a long time for the process. At some point I thought this might end up being a scam. All I can tell anyone trying to get rid of their timeshare is that Timeshare Specialists works. I'm so glad to be rid of my timeshare. I wasn't sure it was legit but it is and it works. Now our children don't have to worry about inheriting the expense of a timeshare they can't afford to keep up the club dues and maintenance fees.

Our experience with this company was very good. They accomplished exactly what they said they could do. We owned our timeshare for about 20 years before becoming unable to travel anymore. The last 2 years it just sat there costing us maintenance fees. We did enjoy our timeshare use as it made us take vacations and allowed us to visit all 50 States. You do lose your initial cost of the timeshare and pay a fee to transfer it, but the process went very smoothly and was done within 3 months. we will probably use this service again when we decide to give up a second timeshare that is close to where we live and is easy for us to drive to visit.

They did a great job of legally ridding us of our timeshare. It was not cheap but definitely worth it. The process to us close to 6 months but that was due to the legal process and the red tape with timeshare company. They answered all my questions and kept us posted as things happened.

I spoke to many people in companies that say they will sell your time share. Their cost was extremely high. and I would have to pay up front, before anything was sold. When I called Timeshare specialist they told me up front what it would cost and nothing was due or owed until the timeshare was sold. It took about 3 months until it was sold. I am now out of my timeshare. Thank you!!!!

We started the process to transfer our timeshare out of our names in early March 2017 and now at the end of May '17 everything is completed. We received a confirmation letter from our resort confirming that we no longer own the timeshare. We are thrilled, Although we enjoyed having the timeshare since 1994, we're at the point where we're not traveling as much and need to start saving for retirement. Everyone from the beginning to the end at Timeshare Specialists and Resort Closings has been very professional, very friendly, very patient with all of our questions, and very honest – the most important quality of all.
