It was a painless process. They did exactly what they said they would and did it in the timeframe they said they would. And, they did it for much less than anyone else would.

Timeshare specialists were great as far as getting rid of the timeshare in my name I did not want and they were reasonably priced. But they did not know what to do about the timeshares that were not in my name, that were left to me by my father. They wanted me to go through a long and expensive process of putting the timeshares in my name which is not the protocol. My friend who is a lawyer saved me from a lot more expense. It would be more beneficial for this company to be a little better educated in this area so they can be of better service to the customer.

They handled the surrender of my timeshares for less than I was going to have to pay for my annual assessment. They did what they claimed to do, and met all my expectations.

This is the only sure way to get out of a timeshare contract! It does cost you money and you do loose the hundreds of thousands you paid for the timeshare but you get rid of the cancer called "timeshare"

If you want to get rid of your timeshare, this is the place to do it. Just realize that you are going to have to shell out a couple thousand dollars. If you are like my wife and I who just chalked it up to a mistake we made back in our younger days, it isn't too difficult. And we just made back half our processing fee by not having to pay the timeshare maintenance fee for this year. :)

Did the job they were hired to do.

I went shopping for a company that would free my Wife and Me from the Bondage of the Timeshare we completely paid for, several years ago. There were many new sales people trying all they could to get me to hire them to release us from our old timeshare. Their prices were outrageous (more than double the price of Timeshare Specialists) and their scare tactics made me feel uncomfortable about working with them. When I spoke on the phone with Dallas and Liz from Timeshare Specialists, they made me feel calm and confident about how and what they do to remove my ownership from my X-Timeshare. It just took patience on my part to wait for the process to take place. In the mean-time, my case worker, Liz gave me her direct phone number so I could call her anytime for status updates! In a few months, We were Free from our Timeshare...It's still hard for me to believe, No More Annual Fees and Taxes! I called my X-Timeshares' Office a few weeks ago to confirm the validity of Timeshare Specialist's Services. They confirmed the fact that I Am Now Timeshare Free! Thank You, Timeshare Specialists!

They did exactly what they said they could do. Before they had me sign up they reviewed my timeshare to make sure it was one they could handle. I was informed by email and sometimes by phone as each step was occurring. They met and exceeded my expectations

The company was very informative of the step by step procedure and the costs. No hidden or additional fees or costs. You are told straight up what you need to do for the process. And there is a website to access during the process to see the progress and what steps have been accomplished and what is pending. I am so thankful to get the timeshare out of my life, and Timeshare Specialists did a great job. Very happy with them.
