I was a bit hesitant at first, but read lots of reviews and BBB comments. Everything occurred exactly as described. It took about 14 weeks to complete the process, but we are now free and clear of the timeshare. Costs were also exactly as described; no surprises. I'm not buying another timeshare but if I wanted to get rid of one and didn't want the hassle of selling it myself, I'd go this route.

The process was easy and pain free. They did what they promised.

Aspen Alatorre was very helpful throughout the process that seemed to take forever. I believe the reason it took so long to process was the resort "dragging their feet". One improvement could be better communication to me as to what is going on between Time Share Specialists and the resort ie: what is the process at the resort that accounts for the excessive time for completing the process...if the specialist knows. Also, it was approximately six months between my last communication with Aspen and when I received my letter of transfer completion. A short email each month to reconfirm your followup would have been reassuring.

We have just completed the process of removing ourselves from our timeshare with Bluegreen., We could not have been happier with the work that Timeshare Specialist has done for us. Everything was transparent and they did what exactly what they told us they were going to do. Aspen Alatorre was our agent and she was more than helpful with any problems we had. Though I didn't like paying to get rid of my timeshare, the amount I paid is equal to less than 2 years of maintenance fees. I am happy I did it and the people who worked on my sale kept me fully informed through the long process.

We had a good experience with Timeshare Specialists. My wife and I owned a time share for about 15 years and now longer wanted it. Timeshare Specialists were true to their word and got us out of a timeshare in about five months. It cost us about $1850 total, a little more than our maintenance fee. We are very satisfied and would recommend Timeshare Specialists to anyone who has a timeshare that they no longer want or need.

If you want to get rid of your Timeshare, you won't find anybody better to work with than Timeshare Specialists. I was rid of mine within 3 months with no upfront money and was told from the beginning what to expect and they delivered. One was sold and one had to be transferred, for a price, but the price was at least 50% less than any other offered to me in the past. The industry is full of shady deals and scams to get your money, but Timeshare Specialists is NOT one of those. I highly recommend them.

I had some trepidation about using a company to unburden me of my timeshare, as there are many horror stories about unethical companies that offer this service. Timeshare Specialists are not one of those companies! They were very upfront about their fees, quite clear about the paperwork involved, very communicative, answered questions thoroughly and came through with the wonderful result of releasing me from my timeshare! I would not hesitate to recommend them!

I was very skeptical about using this service and I am glad to report that it worked. My timeshare is gone and it cost less than my maintenance fee to be rid of it.

Process took 11 months! In the end it wasn't transferred, simply a deed back to the same resort. If I knew that was possible, I could've done that myself for a LOT less money.

my experience was definitely 5 stars. I was afraid that I again fell for it, it happened to me 3 times. This time it felt different, I didn't pay anything upfront, not until I had all the papers filled out, I send the check also. i got a waiting list for ca, 16 weeks. I was so surprised when I received the e-mail , way before the time estimated, that told me that it is out of my hands, and I will not get anymore bills, letters or calls. Hallelujah, thank the Lord, and the people that made it possible. You can trust that company, they will free you of your burden. They have earned the 5 stars.

I was actually trying to reach donate for a cause and I was told that the charity no longer accepts donations but redirected me instead to timeshare specialists. They get the job done as I did get rid of my timeshare but they told me that they do not charge until the transfer is completed (12-16 weeks) which is not true. They charged me right away before the transfer was completed.
