4 out of 5 stars only because my delivery was initially to the wrong address, but the problem was resolved in a timely manner when I phoned to find out why goods had not been received. Overall the order took two 2 weeks but that was including the Easter Bank Holiday.

User friendly web site and easy to order but unclear that free delivery was order value over £100 ( Excluding VAT) I increased my order over £100 for free delivery but told that because it was less than £100 excluding VAT I was being charged delivery. Disappointed as I must have spent over £1,000 with Luma Lighting in the last couple of months. £100 is very high for free delivery. I would expect this to be a lot lower threshold. Based on this I will be ordering my lighting elsewhere in future. Regards, Simon

Delivery cost was on the steep side, but as with most things in life you get what you pay for. My two LED bulbs were perfectly packed, well presented with ample protection from the numb nuts that throw the packages around at the depots. The bulbs work perfectly and I will definitely revist and buy from them online again as well as recommend them to others. 5* Service

Purchased from Luma Lighting which is the online trading name for the main company, Alert Electrical Wholesalers. Product seems very good quality for the price paid, time will tell on the longevity. Delivery time was good, initial slight delay, but this was communicated by the seller quickly. I placed a second order with this company and had an on-line payment issue which was quickly resolved by a friendly customer service representative answering the call as Alert Electrical. The delivery of this second order was excellent, arriving within 48hrs of request. Would definitely use this company again.

We had to return a stainless steel updown outdoor light that became very rusty within 3 months.I sent photos to Luma Lighting who were excellent they offered a replacement and even refunded the return postage very quickly.we chose an alternative light which they ordered and delivered promptly . Will definitely use them again
