I placed an order for multiple items from the same range. Within 24 hours I'd received an email asking if I'd meant to order just one black item amongst all the other white items I'd ordered. I hadn't, and their eye for detail saved me messing about returning an item at (presumedly) my expense. Order arrived very quickly (<48 hours using standard delivery option). Good range of stock and keen prices. I will be shopping here again.

I bought a couple of Saxby shaver lights from Luma. They didn't have them in stock but they warned me beforehand that they would have to obtain them from the manufacturer. Despite this they delivered the items to me within 5 working days of my initial order.
