The prices that you see advertised WILL NOT be the final price that you are forced to pay. 15/03/24 ... I booked a flight via these bandits and paid the fare as advertised. 24 hours later I was contacted by an agent and informed that my advertised fate was not actually available - this was down to Qatar Airways - no fault of Global Flight Catchers! I was given two choices... 1) pay an additional £150 or 2) my booking would be cancelled and my best case scenario was a refund 'might' be issued after 60 days! Given these choices, I had no option but to may the additional £150 - this made my total fare now more expensive than all the other quotes on the comparison site!! An e-ticket was issued and thought that would be the end of it ... MORE FOOL ME!!! I had no further communication from anyone at Global Flight Catchers 23/04/24 ... 24 hours before I was due to fly I attempted to Check In online. However, whatever I tried, there was no record of my booking. Thinking that I must have been doing something wrong, I contacted Global Flight Catchers again ... and then the real fun started. Now my booking no longer existed...and obviously Qatar Airways were again blamed. Initially stating that the flight had been cancelled ... but I knew this was a lie because I had already spoken to Qatar Airways!! Given that I was due to fly in less than 24 hours and I had onward flights booked in my destination, I was completely screwed. The solution presented to me by their agent was to make a new booking at a cost of £1274 which meant a third payment of £633.87 ... Now double all the other flights that I could have booked from the beginning. This also required me to fly from Heathrow instead of my original planned flight from Gatwick. Mercifully, once Global Flight Catchers were out of the way, the flight went as planned and I completed my trip. Obviously I have complained and spoken to two different ladies (who I cannot name) in the Customer Support (ha ha ha) Team. Both useless and both lie as much as the Reservations Team. The apologies flowed, but no actual explanation was offered. A voucher for future travel was offered, but despite all my efforts, Support has been totally silent in the last few weeks. This has been the worst travel experience of my life and the tactic of promising one price before extorting further payments is obviously the way they operate based on other reviews. I shall be reporting the company to Trading Standards and I have now asked Qatar Airways for their thoughts and comments. NB. I have given One Star because there is no option for ZERO Stars!! They where calling me fro 7:30am to 11:30pm to sell the flight. I bout 2 Flights for me and my husband he 4th of May as I need to go to Ecuador my dad was in a critícale condition. To flight the 13th of June. catcher call me the 12th of June at 3:40pm to say that KLM cancelled the flight from Manchester to Ecuador that they will refund my money. They ask for £770 to go from London. I call KLM they advised me that Flight catchers only reserved the flight and didn’t pay the money. That they never cancelled any flights. So there for I can flight if I pay 3284. Flights catchers say they will refund me between 42h or 72h they dint im back from Ecuador Monday 24th call them and only today 27th of junthey refunded me. £2200. But not the full money and the compensation that they said they will pay m. They cost me lost of money and anxiety as I whent to Ecuador with not money as I need to see my dear dad. Please don’t trust them, are scams

Fromm the very beginning the service provided by this company has been appalling. Tickets information all wrong after emails confirming details and payment made in full . Have had to call more than 20 times to try and get details corrected and have been placed on hold more than 30 min to and hour on several occasions. They cannot confirm flight details, or baggage allowance after full payment was made. After 8 weeks of constant calls , I have finally been told that there is no more that they can do to rectify my solution. Have now had to upgrade my flight allowance though the airline directly for an extra payment of £600. Please do not use this company to buy any flights as they do not know what they are doing.

The advisor named Brian made the experience amazing please listen to his call with me I was in the middle of a full medical panic attack and he soothed me enough to understand and complete everything I needed to do personally as someone who suffers from mental health issues I believe Brian should be training your advisors in how to deal with people like me. he was an absolute god send no company I have ever spoken with has had an employee who is so understanding helpful patient he is a treasure and a massive asset to your company I will a thousand percent be using your company again and that is thanks to Brian please please in some way give Brian the commendation he deserves and compensate him for his outstanding customer service 5 stars isn't enough thankyou Brian for being 1 in a million truly the compassion and help given was amazing ,

I booked with Globalflightcatchers via skyscanner, The flight was advertised as a Qatar airlines flight. I became worried as I did not recieve a ticket, just a note to say an e-ticket would come at some point. I called them and was told that if I paid an extra £80 I would get a ticket that would enable me to book a seat and check in. I was told that I would have hold luggage allowance which I did not need but because by now I was spooked but the reviews online I agreed to the extra money in order to gain a proper ticket. Eventually and after a few phone calls I received an e ticket with no ability to book a seat or check in. I then discovered that this was not a Qatar airways flight but British airways. I noticed this as the terminal was a different one from the one Qatar airlines used. I was told to go to the airport 4 hours early as I might have to run between terminals and that I could not check in until 24 hours before the flight. I was lied to again and again, I was told I would get a call back, this usually never happened. I am expecially angry that they took the extra £80 off me by lying. I ended up paying the same price if not a little more than I would have by approaching the same airline. It was a horribly distressing experience.

I checked the website, there is no information about luggage plus when you speak with their advisor they say luggage is included in this ticket. Once you buy the ticket they will call you after 2 days to let you know that flight you booked is weightless and you need to buy the luggage separate. When you ask for refund they start giving you offers, in which they will tell you lot of benefits. If flight is connected then they will give you 8-10 layover flights and tell you this is flight we have for you and you have to pay extra or if you argue they will give you free. The ticket which you bought first have less hour of layover but after doing this dodgy thing they will give you long layover flight tickets. Same tickets with less price you can get from other website but they take more money from you for the same flight ticket. Scammers so careful ....

There had been an error booking flights and I had been charged twice (first booking had looked like it hadnt gone through). One email and phonecall, and reimbursement was all sorted. Very helpful member of staff. Very quick easy communication. Vastly different from similar issue with major airline.

Excellent service and fantastic price. Had to book a one way flight from London to USA for my aunt and she is elderly...Chris and manager Mike helped with the booking and were very friendly and accommodating all our requests and helped with the vegetarian meal and wheelchair help from check in desk to the gate. Would definitely recommend using them as it's a great service and we will definitely get a price for future trips as they tend to be cheaper than every other agent.

This company is a scam. After i booked and pay our flights online. They contacted me the following day saying they can only book 1 person not 3 as there is a price increase and i have pay additional £1000+ if i wanted to go ahead with the same flights. This company should be investigated and should be removed from #flyscanner STAY AWAY WITH THIS SCAMMERS!

I booked fligh with Global flight catchers last Saturday morning from Manchester to Mombasa kenya, and I supposed to receive my e-tickets on Sunday but I didn’t receive.. I called them on Monday morning.. spoke with Chris he told me “we will send your e-tickets to your email. I waited until evening I didn’t receive. Called them again.. spoke with Brian he keep me on hold more than 5minutes,then he told “there is no tickets for the price I paid”so they wanted me to pay more money to get the tickets .. told Brian “no I don’t have any money pay.He told me I will get my money back in 2hrs but now since yesterday I haven’t receive.BE CAREFUL WITH THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!
