SCAM, absolute rubbish.

As soon as I entered my email address on their intake form and hit next, I got a two factor authentication notice that someone was trying to log in to my email account. I blocked it but have no idea what they're going to do next. Thankfully, the only information they have so far is my email address. Who knows what else they scraped from my answering the survey. I wish I'd read online reviews first.

I paid for a one off plan on 25 December 2023 another company called Gentenox charged $25.98 US D I was not impressed with the plan. At no time was I aware I was signing up for a subscription. March 24 2024. Gentenox took $79.99 US . I was given no warning that this money was coming out. Seeing my complaint is exactly the same as most of the above. This company is just scamming people out of money with this subscription buisness.

I don’t have any recollection of signing up for this. I have not used a single lesson. I was charged $119 USD which ended up being $168 Cdn. They refuse to issue a refund, because supposedly it’s in their terms and conditions. I had to attempt to access my supposed account and there is no way to see the membership fees or when it renews. That is fraud. How are you supposed to know to cancel something you don’t remember signing up for. They can see that I haven’t used a single lesson and refuse to refund the money. I’m sure they’ll comment some nonsense below about how it’s clearly in their terms and conditions and yet looking at the other reviews here, it’s obviously NOT CLEAR or there wouldn’t be so many similar complaints. I’m on disability and fixed income. This charge means I can’t afford groceries this month. You should be ashamed of yourselves for scamming people out of their money. Update: After this review was posted the company reached out to me via email and offered me a full refund, which has been received.

Absoluter Scam! Die Videos sind super schlecht gemacht. Dummerweise habe ich ein 6-Monats Abo gemacht. Man hat nach dem Login keinerlei Möglichkeit zu sehen, wann genau das Abo abläuft. Da ich mir den Tag nicht im Kalender markiert habe, wurde ich auf das Ganze erst wieder aufmerksam, als mir auf einmal 119€ für die nächsten 6 Monate abgebucht wurden. Ich habe mich dann mit dem Kundenservice in Verbindung gesetzt. Durch Zufall kam raus, dass mein Abo erst 3 Tage nach dem Tag der Abbuchung abgelaufen wäre. Das heißt ich hatte noch das Glück argumentieren zu können, dass ich das Abo noch fristgerecht kündige. Ich hatte allerdings das Gefühl die ganze Zeit nur mit einer KI zu kommunizieren. Es wurde überhaupt nicht auf das, was ich geschrieben habe, eingegangen und immer nur gesagt, dass mein Problem die Refund Kriterien nicht erfüllen würde, obwohl es sich gar nicht um ein refund gehandelt hat, sondern um einen fälschlicherweise von denen abgebuchten Betrag. Nachdem ich mehrfach mit meinem Anwalt gedroht und nicht locker gelassen habe, wurde dann so getan, als würde man nochmal ein Auge zudrücken und mir das Geld gnädiger weise zurück geben. Lasst bloß die Finger davon!

The product itself is very low quality. It is all an AI voice. No live human. It is dreadful to listen to. I asked for a refund as soon as I listened to the first video. They are refusing, saying I must use the materials for 7 consecutive days and prove I did so before they will issue a refund. I feel I completely wasted my money.

Garbage. Terribly dubbed videos, unhelpful training techniques. Got drawn in by instagram ad and fully regret it. Be aware that you’re signing up for a subscription service and you have to email them to cancel.

Signed up originally hopefully, however, what's not disclosed is the content is completely overdubbed in english, hard to follow and the learning structure is just a series of videos with questionnaires. It's painful to use, and when purchased, they provided no invoice, membership terms and conditions and what I had access to. The company is based out of Cyprus and try to avoid genuine refunds with automated emails responses, and their own reasons which aren't legal. Threaten them with legal action and only then will they refund your money.

Abofalle Durch Zufall kam ich bei Facebook auf die Seite und habe sie angeschaut. Ich dachte mir, man kann es sich mal anschauen, kostet ja nicht die Welt. Doch es war leider nur enttäuschend, alles nur auf Englisch und man konnte es es nicht übersetzen. Die PDF Dateien konnte ich noch nicht einmal runter laden. Ich war einfach nur sauer, das ich auf sowas reingefallen bin. Von einem Abonnement stand da nichts und das ist Abzocke.😡😡 Deshalb habe ich direkt gekündigt und mein Geld 💰 über PayPal zurück gebucht und jede weitere Abbuchung storniert. Ich hoffe, damit ist diese Sache vom Tisch. Ansonsten werde ich meinen Anwalt einschalten.

ZERO STARS Why oh why did I fall for the sales videos of well behaved dogs on Instagram?! What I was led to believe was a one off charge of $7.99 turned out to be a monthly subscription fee. A subscription I did not receive any written confirmation of. The videos are poor quality, overly long and dubbed. I really hope you see these reviews before you get sucked in like I did. Do not buy!

They provide cheap, unprofessional videos using AI audio that does not match the speaker at all. It’s worse than watching old dubbed movies. Difficult to watch which guarantees it will not be successful because I can’t stand watching or listening. Garbage.

I wouldn’t even give this place a one I recently rescued a dog not my first rescue either I’ve had other dogs that were deaf and blind, but this one has behavioral issues so I reached out to the plan and tried it out for two days and when I tell you that my dog would not respond to any of BASIC TRAINING They offer here is an understatement. I thought I had canceled it that day and was unaware that I needed to actually email them to get it canceled. There’s no telephone number listed to speak with anybody. I contacted them right after they charge my card on a 30 day, mark explained that I even showed the app to my vet and they said that this was not going to work for my dog, I explained that to Doggy plan as well and they refused to give me my full months money back when I didn’t even use it. I contacted them right away after the charge. I have plenty of conversations between myself and Doggy plan regarding my refund that they refused to give me , she just wants to keep talking about guidelines, Audrey’s customer service skills are very poor. They don’t care about helping out your dog at all. They only want your money. I promise do not use them. Beware spread the word all of Us for baby parents love our dogs so much that we would do anything for them in this company knows that and they’re looking to take advantage of you and your wallet .

This is a very clever scam. The way they sell you the product is hoping you forget to cancel after the initial offer then start paying a much higher rate which is not listed in your transactions as "doggy plan" so it's not obvious. I lost over £200 as I was not sure what this payment was and had to check it all out to realise then cancel. I didn't even use the service as I had a lot of personal issues going on and couldn't get the time to even start. I did not get any welcome or info emails from them when I signed up either. So disappointed and feel utterly scammed. Customer Service was poor. No refund given at all and their communication took no notice of my points raised at all. Don't do it. Get a proper live dog trainer. It would have been cheaper and better!

Wish I had read the reviews first! Paid for the training, AT NO POINT does it tell you it's subscription, just asks how long you want access for so I chose 24 weeks. It was only by chance a couple of days later when I clicked on comments on FB and saw all the people complaining about the subscription that I knew. Having now visited Trustpilot I can see it's the same for everyone. Videos very poor quality, only watched 1 and new it wouldn't be for me but certainly not on a subscription basis either. There are so much better ones out there. This company is very close to working as a scam with how they advertise. I emailed to cancel and it was a rigmarole. Very vague wording so doesn't actually state you're unsubscribed. Left it a week and emailed back asking if I was now unsubscribed to then receive an email saying I was still subbed and maybe I wanted to continue? I said no, please cancel. Received another email asking if I was sure? I said yes, please cancel. Then another email to say they'd offer me a discount so had to get very assertive but finally received confirmation it's cancelled!

Great course so far. I’m on module 1🙌🏽

This program is not what works with me or my dog. Also I ordered, received and paid for basic program. But was charged $69.64 in both March and April for other materials.
