If I could give zero stars I would. Do not be scammed. Just pay to do in person training with your dog. It will be more effective and cheaper.

They have taken $126.00 from my account with no warning . I have not used their sites, just looked up things. Totally disgusted. Sick of this type of thing happening again.

En la compra no se te indica que te van a cobrar mes a mes ni de cuánto tiempo es la prueba, además de que no recibes ningún recibo a tu mail ni nada y encima te cobran por la cara sin ni siquiera avisarte, por supuesto que me parece fraudulento y no lo voy a pagar, además de que no te facilitan el darte de baja, y no tienen ese derecho, así que es fraudulento

Horrible company. I signed up for the program for $19.99 and thought that was the only charge. Yesterday they charged me a renewal fee of $49.99 that I had no idea I would be charged. I didn't use the program because I ended up having 2 surgeries and could not train my dog. I asked for it to be canceled once I saw the charge in the same day it was charged and asked for a refund and they said no. Corny terrible company. You are capable of refunding but just are choosing not to. I'll never order from this terrible company again.

If I could put zero I would . I’ve noticed they have been taking money out each month for a service I’ve not even ever used . I’ve tried to log in but it’s clear I don’t even have an account or subscription. I have no email history or anything. Please avoid at all cost . I’m currently waiting for a response to have it cancelled but it doesn’t look like I’m getting a refund !! So that’s £200 gone on something I’ve never used !!

Ich bin über FB auf diesen Anbieter gestoßen. Leider zu spät gemerkt dass alles nur auf das Abofallen-Stellen ausgelegt ist. Eine App sucht man vergeblich, es sind nur völlig unübersichtliche Internetseiten! Die Video die man sehen kann sind sehr laienhaft und stellenweise falsch übersetzt. Die Dateien sollen alle in PDF auf Englisch sein. Will man darauf aufmerksam mache, dass man KEIN ABO möchte wird dennoch drüber weggesehen und man erhält dauerhaft weitere Werbeemails. Leute , spart euch die Arbeit mit denen und meldet euch erst gar nicht an

As other users wrote down here, they took me $48usd of my debit card without advice or reminder, and the process to access is not clear.. I didnt even used the app, I'm really shocked and I hope you return my money back soon! If you proceed fast I will update my review, since that would show you really care about the users and the missunderstandings this app can cause. I wait for soon answer from you

Horrible company they lie and continue to take your money even after you followed their rules and canceled everything, they don’t send you a confirmation email of your cancellation so you have no proof and they say they never received any cancellation from you. The training system itself is useless bull. And the company won’t give you money back even though you followed their terms and conditions, they just keep saying you never contacted them. I followed all their terms and condition and they still refused to refund what the stole.

Completely miss-led on their product. Leads you to believe that you will be receiving a months worth of day by day plan personalised for your dog. This is not the case! You're paying for dubbed videos that you could just find on YT for free. Nothing personal to you or your dog at all. Also, makes you think that you only have to pay for the one time payment, but what they dont tell you clearly is that it is a monthly subscription and payment will continue to come out each month. Do not recommend.

TOTAL SCAM! Thought I made a one time purchase, then they charged me $79 two more times for a product I do not use and didn't authorize. Customer service is a joke and will not refund my money. This is shameful business practice. Dishonest and beyond shady!!!

Videos are poor quality and most likely narrated by AI. Mouth movement and sound do not sync up. Very aggravating. Not worth the money they charge. After posting this review I was contacted by the company with an offer to either remove or revise my review in exchange for one of the following: a full refund of my last payment, unlimited access to the lessons for an exclusive price of $29.99, or Free Dog Training Books. I chose the refund option for one month (I paid for more than one month but that's on me.) So they are responsive to customers (good thing) but I was not pleased with the product - regardless. But I upgraded the review from one star to two stars.

I wanted to select to zero but couldn’t I signed for a trial like everyone else and was stung with $159 taken from my account. I appealed to them to reverse as I am a pensioner but like everyone else has stated they don’t care They gave my money that’s what it’s all about.

I signed up for a one month plan…or so I thought. The next month they billed me and when I reached out they were not helpful at all and sent me a screen shot that had the one month selected. They then added something about it being a monthly subscription and told me that other than canceling the plan now there was nothing they could do. I wouldn’t use this company again because they hide and trick you into longer subscriptions than you think you are getting. The videos too are not great and I didn’t find their tips helpful either. They didn’t work for my dogs.

I purchased a trial and some of the resources are fine. However, I was charged $80 after requesting cancellation due to the negative reviews. I emailed to confirm that I had been unsubscribed and was told I had not and that they refuse to refund. I will continue to fight for a refund. Horrible customer service and insane criteria for receiving a refund. Editing to add: They require three things to qualify for a refund. 1. You must cancel within 30 days. However, they don’t do the second non-consensual charge until 90 days after the initial payment, thus automatically making it impossible to get a refund. But wait, there’s more! 2. You have to provide evidence that you tried their garbage plan for seven days. How?? Recording full sessions of training for a week straight? 3. Also provide video evidence that their method DIDN’T work. Again, how?? I was told that I didn’t qualify for a refund because I had none of the three items required (which, again, was literally impossible because I didn’t know I would be charged 90 days later). I argued with “Audrey” about it and she said that I would not be receiving a refund and “thank you for your understanding.” So then I went to PayPal and told them about the fraudulent charge and they refunded me. AFTER THAT I got an updated email from this trash company saying they reconsidered and would go ahead and refund me “as a courtesy.” 🙄🙄🙄 I encourage other people who were stolen from to consult with PayPal and report this company.
