The plans are good and help tp know how I can hep my dog to have a better life. Also the attention that I got for now was great.

I purchased trial and did not realize it was a subscription. I didn't get anything in return I had no idea how access training so I took it as a loss. Then I was charged a subscription they won't refund. Do not buy. I contacted PayPal and am waiting to hear. I hope you read this before you buy.

Scam scam scam!! Looks like you are purchasing a one off package, then 3 months later charge £79.99. Plan and videos are awful and not helpful at all, they refuse to refund when you realise it is a scam! Avoid this offer!!

VIdeos are dubbed poor quality rubbish. Then they charge you on a recurring basis. Have not been able to cancel it so far. They did not offer to refund me, but when I asked they have refunded the subscription fee.

Total scam, it seems like they used other peoples training videos and recorded over the talking with a robo voice.

Paid $19.99 to watch a couple POORLY done videos on leash walking. Dog training supposedly! Didn’t know it was a trial to a subscription. No where did it say this. Next thing I know I’m getting charged $49.99 for the next two months as an auto renewed subscription renewal. I cancelled any further renewals through PayPal. Not only were the videos awful and of very poor quality, you can’t request a refund through their site or through PayPal. Biggest SCAM out there. Stay away and go watch yourself a you tube video! Oh yeah, the charge on your bank statement shows up as Gentenox Enterprises Limited!!

Timothy canceled my subscription immediately without many questions. I have no issue with the product, it just didn't meet our needs. However, when I signed up, I didn't realize it was a subscription. My bad.

The videos are short but helpful and straight to the point. Ive watched many social media videos and paid lots of money for courses. But this is by far the best tutorial ever! And the price is right!!!

Absolute rubbish, video poorly dubbed in English. Hidden money back guarantee rules, hidden subscription fee. Worst ever wish I’d read reviews beforehand

It doesn’t matter what answers I put into the quiz, it comes back with medium trainability, weak bond, and low everything else positive. The quiz it self tells you that it’s manipulating you into buying something because your dog is so bad. Based on that alone I won’t be buying anything.

I thought I was signing up for a 1 time training 39.99. 279.96 later. I asked for a refund since I never used their services. Nope. No refund. Dont sign up with this company. Will make every excuse for no refund.

Update: after going back and forth with the company for DAYS via email they finally decided to give me a refund and only because I told them I was telling everyone about this scam! They initially offered a small amount of my money back, then 50% then 75% until I finally got the full refund! I kept declining and insisting they give me the full amount! So if anyone is having issues with getting their money just threaten them with bad reviews and they will eventually refund you! It is absolutely ridiculous dealing with them and the customer service team really sucks! It shouldn’t have taken me multiple days of fighting them for my money! Initial Post: Absolute SCAM! I was looking at it and wanted to try the trial… my mistake! I ended up with a subscription plan and they just took $119 out of my account for renewing! I emailed “customer service” and got some BS automated email stating they would not refund my money because it was not part of their refund options. I am about to report them to every review site I can find. Just starting with this one first! I will also be contacting my bank and trying to get them to dispute the charge as well.

Read their policies before you give them a payment source. NO REFUNDS after they get your $$, they do not refund. Haven't used it and was charged without notice or a receipt. BUYER BEWARE

Total scam. As others have said you don’t realise you’ve signed up for a subscription service until they hit you with a further bill for 3 times what you paid in the first place (£79.99 in my case!). Like others after first few lessons I stopped using as terribly dubbed. I did eventually get the second payment refunded, but it took a lot of doing!

We signed up with this company to get help for our 1 yr old puppy. Right away we started seeing stuff on the Videos that were off. ( Like the Voice Playback, Etc......) After a couple responses back n forth we decided this program wasn't for us. We requested a Refund, but they refused. Fine !!!!!!!! We then asked to Cancel our Subscription & are getting the run around. It terrible Nightmare !!!!!!!!!

Stay away! They do not share the program information upfront as their site is so wonky l. They have a clause that you can find under their menu once you have a login. I know it was not there before. So they won't refund your money like reputable companies do. What a scam

So signed up for this not knowing of the hidden terms. As I didn’t use it I forgot about it as I thought it was for a year. Saw a more than double payment go out of my account so emailed the link attached to the PayPal payment. Got a load of pre written garbage back and then said I wasn’t qualified for a refund as I had to prove I trained her at least 7 consecutive days in the first 30 days. Who trains a dog 7 days solid and records it???!!! The plan wasn’t for me I advised them as my dog was a highly motivated hunting dog who didn’t listen to much whilst out on a walk. They refused to refund but luckily I had paid with PayPal so contacted them under buyer protection and got full refund. Do not sign up!

No notification of the fact it was a subscription I was signing up for, I thought it was a once off payment, no notification of monthly subscription, refused refund fir subscription price, will be writing to consumer affairs, scam, keep away, worse quality videos I've ever seen.
