I signed up for a discounted trial of $31.99 for three months, the videos were terrible. The sound is hard to follow as it’s dubbed over badly. I did not use the service after the first week as the quality was so bad. Then I receive a renewal for the service for $79.99. I requested a refund on the day of the three month renewal and the company has replied that it’s an auto renewal that I have authorized. I can’t even find on the website how to cancel the subscription. All in all, it’s a complete waste of money and a scam, very predatory to sign you up for an expensive subscription and not send any reminders that it will be renewing. Don’t fall for it, 100% a scam. All the information presented is widely available on the internet in a better format for free.

Absolutely disaster. 1. Renew subscriptions without notifying the customer. 2. They refuse to reimburse the money with the excuse that is a digital product (whatever that means). 3. Customer service is absolutely horrendous Update: I manage to get my money back, after demonstrating that I didn’t use the subscription. Now, I receive constant push emails from the company to “change” the review because “ it seems that your review does not properly explains the situation”… the only change in the situation is that I could solve it after unpleasant experience. I still hold my review, don’t buy it, it’s not a training program, it is a subscription…. The won’t let you know when they will renew it and get your money back will be difficult.

This is a great plan if you have not had experience with training a puppy! The voice over is a little off-putting but pay no attention to that, the knowledge is where it's at!!

Buyer beware !! There were two issues for me . One is that I had no idea this was a monthly subscription . I thought it was a once off payment . The other is the quality of the presentation . It’s extremely poor format with the presenters voice dubbed using AI technology . The company have refused me a refund saying my grounds for requesting a refund do not meet their criteria . The whole thing is a SCAM .

PLEASE do NOT buy or sign up or, even if your life depends on it, give your card info to Doggy-plan. This is a sham orchestrated by CON artists. They charged me and claimed that I chose the $50 subscription. I clearly did not. Why would I when the advertised service was not worth dirt?! STAY AWAY FROM Doggy-plan!!!

So far it has been a good learning experience for us both.

Complete con artists! AVOID! I did not sign up anywhere for any form of subscription. Especially not for £50 a month!!! When I saw the money leave my account I quickly emailed them and asked them to unsubscribe me and issue a refund. I was told that my reason for a refund did not fall within their companies criteria. Even though I will NOT be using their services and they have unsubscribed me so I couldn’t use their services even for the month I have just paid for!!

I signed up for 4 weeks at $19.99. They charged me three more times and thankfully my bank marked all charges as fraud. It's a total scam. Now I have to put up with waiting on a new card and changing all my info online. What a pain. Don't do it. I was asked to expand on my review but that's just a game they play. However, I remembered a couple of things that just make the company look worse.

Company refused to issue a refund. Refund policy is absurd and impossible to fulfill.

The email that advises you have purchased the plan makes no reference to subscription and there is no warning that they will be taking the next payment. £75 paid for a really poor unprofessional video,

Advertised as $6.59/month for a "free trial", they hit you with $49.99/month after the trial period. CERTAINLY NOT WORTH IT! and if you try to cancel, you better follow the directions and "UNSUBSCRIBE" at their support email. They'll just recite their refund policy in response and won't cancel your subscription. Shysters 100%!

Absolutely shocking!! Took £79.99 out of my bank this morning for a subscription I know nothing about then when I have requested a refund have stated that I do not meet the requirements. I joined as a trial with a one off payment or so I thought. Watch 30 seconds of the first video and it was dubbed and shocking so never logged on again. They are scammers!!!
