This is a scam, they make it look nice and easy, you get your plan, great. But then unbeknownst to you they take £49.99. Will not refund you.

Awful. Videos are bore fest and the payment is NOT A ONE TIME PAYMENT Will not refund me as apparently I don’t ‘qualify’ The customer service is a joke, it’s a copy and paste situation and they just say no anyway. Please do not fall for this scammy service.

I love that the videos are short, clear and graphic explanación. So far we haven’t gotten to see my struggles with my dogs but i hope to get there soon; but the information is very valuable and useful.

Paid for a one time fee or so I thought. Just tried to charge me $49.99 and I was not aware this was a subscription and there is no place under your account that it says this. I will not be paying anything more for this.

Money grab for sure, only ever received 2 emails on the day I subscribed no other emails. Was charged 79.99 3 months later for a subscription I never even used. Requested a refund to no avail. Do not deal with this company. Will be filing a BBB report

This was advertised as $17.99 and I was under the impression it was AUD. Nowhere did it mention USD or a continual subscription. Dodgy as and won’t refund. BAD SERVICE AND DISHONEST

This company is a scam and I am taking legal action. They do not follow ROSCA and ARL laws that are enforced by the Federal Trade Commission and refuse to refund me. I had zero idea I was signed up for a subscription with a fee beyond a $20 trial course I initially purchased. There was no email outlining what I signed up for and no immediate way to cancel online. I am very diligent about knowing what I am signed up for and where my money goes. The program itself is terrible and looks like cheap stolen YouTube videos. If you have been scammed by this company as I was, please submit a report with the FTC against Doggy Plan. I am taking legal action and I have been advised that more reports against this company with the Federal Trade Commission will help prioritize a case to get them to stop conducting fraudulent business. Submit a report online with the FTC it is quick and easy. I reported the company using Doggy Plan as the company name but included their support email address, customer service number and and Gentenox Enterprises Limited (charge posted with this name)in the description so that they are aware of the exact company as they are likely streaming business through third party services/other loopholes.

Already in the first few lessons I learned a lot. It’s a good course. Just beware of the pricing. I thought I had four weeks to try it out, but I was charged the day after. Maybe that’s my fault. Anyhow it was worth it.

I to was led to believe that it was a one of payment and now I’ve had two payments of of £79.99 taken out of my bank ,I have looked at one video and was bored to tears, it’s only now I realised I was paying a subscription, there was no warning a payment was being requested.looking for advice from my solicitor.

I, too, was hit with an $79.99 charge today from Doggy-plan. Apparently it was something I had agreed to when I originally signed up in December 2023, yet I never received a receipt for even the original purchase, let alone a subscription confirmation, etc. If you go to your account on the site, there isn't a place that shows transaction history, subscriptions, etc., so they literally could be telling us anything to get away with this theft. I also tried to request a refund and after multiple exchanges with Zendesk, they still refused to give me a refund because of a button I "allegedly" clicked when I signed up at the bottom of the page three months ago. Again, no receipt, no email, nothin. We're just supposed to trust them at their word with this. I'll open a dispute with my credit card once it's cleared and no longer pending, but I'm also going to open a complaint with the FTC. What they're doing is straight up fraud and I hope everyone who's had this done to them opens a dispute with their credit/debit cards to get the proper refund they're owed. (Also, why can't we give a half star or zero stars? That's exactly what this racket deserves.)

**UPDATE** Their customer service was extremely responsive to my concerns and open to the suggestion of actually notifying people of any pending charges. I am sure there are some who would benefit from their videos, and it was worth the look, I just personally didn't need it. Thank you.

This service is a scam. DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY. They just take the money without any notification or reminder sent nor the opportunity to back out. Not to mention when i contacted them to cancel they bombarded me with emails trying to convince me I should use their service in order to have a good relationship with my dog guilt tripping me! They Offered me a discount on my next purchase. I told them three times i don't have time or money to invest in this dog training service and requested a cancellation and still more hassles to get me to change my mind. They do not care about the customer or your dog, they just want to make money.

Do not use. No reminder that your subscription is due, they just take the money. As soon as saw the payment was taken I contacted them but apparently I don’t meet the criteria for a refund, the same as many other reviewers. A costly lesson learned, always read the reviews! UPDATE I have now been refunded but this was only after I replied to their email which told me I wasn’t being refunded, and said I would write a review.

my dog and I improved so much since we‘re working and excercising with doggy plan! I can fully recommend it - you have tasks to do, exams to reach your personal goals with your dog. for each video, there are a lot of explanations following, so you always know what each training is for.
