They have been charging me for months. No idea I was even under a subscription plan. Never received one email from them about my plan or billing. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Be careful what you sign up for.

And now every month they have been trying to take £50 from my account. My bank blocks it every time, and I get a new bank card. Somehow this company has once again tried to take £50 from my new card, I don't know how they got the card details.

They put him as low level of bonding, low socialised, and very low obedience level! All utter rubbish!!! He is a clever, well socialised 10 month old Labrador, who is fairly obedient 8/10, and our bonding is excellent! They all did this to shock me to quickly sign up! It gave me the opposite results!!! I will not because of this! Lost trust!

Dunn won’t get a refund as they say my dog dying is not a good enough excuse so refuse to refund me the £119 they’ve taken for six months even though they’ve cancelled the subscription so I paid 119 for nothing

If they refuse you a refund use this email that I wrote. They refunded pretty quickly Immediate Action Required: Unauthorized Subscription Charge and Demand for Refund Dear Customer Support, I am writing once more to express my severe disappointment and concern regarding an unauthorized charge of £79.99 for a renewal fee, associated with a product I purchased under the belief that it was a one-time transaction. It has come to my attention that this charge is part of a subscription plan—a detail that was neither clearly disclosed at the time of purchase nor agreed upon by me. Furthermore, I must highlight the fact that I was not sent any reminder or notification regarding this subscription's renewal. This omission not only strips me of my right to make an informed decision about continuing the service but also suggests a clandestine and underhanded approach to customer transactions. Such practices are not only unethical but potentially illegal, as they directly infringe upon consumer rights to fair notice and transparency. Upon reviewing my initial communication and your subsequent response, it is evident that my request to cancel this unsolicited subscription and process a full refund has not been adequately addressed. This oversight not only undermines the trust I placed in your company but also infringes upon my rights as a consumer. I would like to remind you of the regulations under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which stipulate that customers are entitled to a full refund for products or services that are not as described, not fit for purpose, or not revealed to be part of an ongoing subscription. Australia | 10 March 2024I'd give this no stars if it were possible. I signed up and paid for a one-month trial, a fee of USD 19.99 (around AUD 32). The conditions stated were that the customer is moved to a USD 49.99 per month subscription unless cancelled before the end of the month. However, when the month ended, I was not sent an email reminder, and was thus charged USD 49.99 (around AUD 79). Contact with the company was fruitless. They would not refund the USD 49.99. Life is busy. An online business is able to set up a system whereby you receive a reminder as the month nears the end and can then make a decision before being charged. Do not engage with this business. EDIT: After continuing to ask for a refund, the company refunded the payment taken at the end of the trial period. However, I would still be very cautious as I should not have had to negotiate at length for this to happen.

United Kingdom | 09 March 2024I would give 0 stars is I could. I wanted and paid for a simple plan but then was automatically charged £49.99 a month later which I did not sign up for or agree to. I contacted then to be told that I was clearly told this when I paid for the initial plan. I have looked again and still cannot find any mention if this automatic payment agreement. This company clearly scams people with this method. I wish I had looked on trust pilot first. I have requested a refund from PayPal. UPDATE: After making contact again and expressing my utter disgust, the company issued me with a full refund as requested.

And it was never mentioned that it was a subscription or that the 19.99 was a trial price for the 1st month only. So I WANY TO CANCEL ANYTHING FURTHER FROM YOUR COMPANY. I have called my bank to stop payment and cancel my card. You as a company should be honest and helpful.

Customer service will talk you in circles when you demand a refund. Trash company, will be asking PayPal for a refund as I never consented to a second charge from this shady business.

I signed up during a promotion and thought I was paying a one time fee to gain some materials then realized it started charging monthly. When I contacted customer support about this they said it was clearly stated that it would roll into a monthly subscription..... I did not see this anywhere, I am very thorough when checking on these things. So basically they will rip you off $67 cad and tell you it's your fault for not reading properly. As for the content I did go through some of it and it was okay but not worth it for $67 a month.

You can progress through training you are familiar with using quick review notes snd spend more time on the parts that are bew learning.

These guys just take your money every month even when you are not using it (and dont even have a pet) and it takes a degree to work out how to get them to stop as they ignore emails and there is absolutely nowhere to "unsubscribe". definite DODGY Plan!!
