It’s all so understandable and straight forward. I like how it’s broken up. And we like the games we’ve tried so far. This experience will be a good one. I can tell!

U get video of a women setting on a sofa with voice over annoying translation telling you things like “you train your dog on …….” Or “you reward your dog with treat once the dog does ….” We know all that. We need to see her doing this training excise rather than setting on a sofa doing absolutely nothing

They offered to reimburse me one of the two charges they had taken if I would remove/edit my review after doing so. It was still a bit of a process, but I'm glad they at least reimbursed one of our payments. Thanks, Emma! ------------------------------------------------------------ This company is a complete scam. They entice you with a 4-week basic guide for $20 USD, they do NOT tell you that they will then charge you $50 USD every 4 weeks from that point, nor do they provide you receipts for these payments, notify you via email or anything of the like. I never used the product, and then noticed 2 charges on my credit card. I explained the situation to Doggy Plan (hadn't used the product, was unaware it was a subscription as this was NOT noted when I purchased my 4-week guide, didn't receive any communication from the company when they continued to charge my card) which any credible and customer-focused based business would quickly apologize for and refund, and after 6 email exchanges they won't give me a dime. I will be filing a complaint with BBB.

I’ve just cancelled any future payments with PayPal having received a notification that over £40 had been paid to this company that I didn’t believe I’d authorised. I normally only like to leave positive comments but I’ve made an exception here because I agree that it’s ‘daylight robbery’. They’re taking advantage of people who are just wanting to do their best for their dogs. It’s wrong.

They replied several times, with another one-time offer except that I already paid. Now they won't refund AND they denied me access to the site. They took my money, & won't refund. I wish I read the reviews first!

I paid £29 last month, and wasn't taken to anything where I sign up for a reoccurring payment. Today £49.99 had been taken from my account! I have messaged twice asking why they took this as I didn't agree to any further payments also to ask what its meant to be for and to cancel. Will be contacting my bank when they are open to get this payment refunded and stop any others. I haven't even had a chance to look at what I paid £29 for! Pretty good with dogs anyway but wanted to see of this may help as we have 11 here and all rescues. Update..21st Feb. After being told I couldn't have the money back, lots if emails.. I was offered 25% back, then 75%. I threatened them with the police and contacted my bank. I then got the £49.99 back. Today they have offered me the original £29 I paid back if I remove this review! Shocking, I have said 'No'! I hope this helps others to avoid being scammed. P.s. The reply is a joke! They offered me my original payment refunded if I delete the review. So everyone on here saying you took unauthorised money is wrong according to you. I never received ANY correspondence telling me you would be taking £49.99 from me a month later!

When I emailed and explained what had happened they were quick to respond and very kindly offered a refund. I would advise to read everything and make sure that you are aware thst there is a subscription service.

France | 21 January 2024Total scam! The videos are horrendous. Customer service is abysmal. I was charged $79.99 three days before the trial period ended. I had canceled so I immediately contacted them and requested a full refund. This is when the bartering started. First, they offered me a 50% refund. When I refused this, it was increased to a 75% refund. I still did not accept this. It was only when I told them that I would flag them on PayPal and report them to the Better Business Bureau that the full refund was finally issued. A few days later, I received a new e-mail from “Audrey” (probably not her real name…) offering me again a 50% refund. It proves that none of their agents communicate with each other, and that they do everything that they can to confuse/gaslight their customers.
