Saw this ad on Instagram and paid for 24 weeks. First video felt like I was watching an AI robot with terrible dubbing. Teaches nothing, just weird videos that seem poorly translated. Requesting refund as this is 100% misleading. UPDATE: after publishing this review I was contacted by Emma at doggy-plan. She advised me they’d refund my money if I took down this trustpilot negative review. I responded that I would not because this product is a scam. She just responded that they respect my decision. I don’t need the $32 I spent. They clearly do. Any company who extorts their customers by saying “we will give you your money back if you do what we ask” should be embarrassed. Do not spend your money on this product.UPDATE 2: Emma has continued to email me telling me that I need to remove this review if I want my refund. Trustpilot is here to provide true reviews, and this horrible company hides behind an awful product, holds your money captive unless you remove a negative review. This needs to be investigated. I have filed a complaint with PayPal, which I am so glad I used so this company had no payment details from me. I would give them negative stars if possible

Just starting the 12 week course and already learning so much. One of our dogs pulls incessantly on the lead. Hoping very much to correct that.

Horrible platform, it's just stock videos with a voice over. I learnt nothing valuable, and honestly could've learnt more through a youtube video. And their customer service is HORRIBLE. I subscribed to a 19.99 program, only to be charged more than double the next times. Tried cancelling and it was impossible. I contacted them and they refused to help me. It seems very fraudulent, I think it might be a scam.

Scam. I purchased the plan as many others without knowing it was a monthly subscription. It was not clear anywhere that I would have to pay £49.99 monthly. I found out about this when my bank contacted me about strange payments from my account. Not only they have charged me those £49.99 for the first month, but there were two more charges for £50.08 all 5min after one another. My bank is looking into it but obviously card has been cancelled as they have used different names in their references, but still doggy-plan's name on it. I've immediately sent an email to unsubscribe and I have received an automated response that they will not be taking more payments. Well, I made sure of that by cancelling my card. I feel stupid, but this is completely made to scam customers. I'm sorry we fell for this.

Absolute scam, do not sign up. They have ignored four requests to cancel a subscription.

I originally posted a very scathing review of Doggyplan and am altering it because some difficult negotiations gave me a different outcome. After purchasing a trial, without realising it was a trial, and being caught by surprise with a $79.99 automatic subscription debit (no warning was given by Doggyplan prior to the debit) 3 months later, I approached Doggyplan to cancel my subscription and to request a refund. They cancelled my subscription willingly but initially refused the refund on the basis of their refund terms (1. to have used the videos for at least 7 days in 30; and 2. to have taken video footage of the failure of the program). These terms I believe to be both unusual and unreasonable. After some frustrating discussion, posting of my scathing review and raising a dispute with PayPal, they did refund my subscription fully. They also offered me some other options if a full cancellation was not the way I wished to resolve the issue. If Doggyplan had been more collaborative and helpful with my situation when I approached them for a refund I would give them a very reasonable review. The videos may not be the way I learn best to teach my dog, but they seem to work for some people. It was the customer service part of the experience that has tainted my perspective of them, and that their eventually helpful response was only inspired by my public position of frustration and disappointment. I'm sure the agents are only acting consistent with organisation policy and processes but these need review, in my personal opinion, if Doggyplan is going to succeed in the market with happy customers. I wish them well

Don't sign up! You will be bound to a subscription that even when you cancel, they continue to withdraw monthly payments!

Wow, just read a few of these reviews and have had the same experience. Signed up for a one off $19.99 training plan and have been charged $49.99USD for a months subscription! I requested a refund as I hadnt signed up for a monthly subscription, nor could afford it. I’ve also learnt and glad I’ve realised now, that they will charge $49.99 each month! I had a quick look at the first video and haven’t looked at it again, it’s crap! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE, it’s SCAM and your money is better spent on serious dog training. I can’t believe this company is still scamming people and won’t refund once they are busted! You people are preying on empathic animal lovers that you know will spend money on training their dogs, disgusting way to run a business!

Absolute Thieves!!! I signed up for what I thought was a once off payment of 19.99 and then 49.99 is taken from my bank account a few weeks later without my authorisation or knowledge. I did not knowingly agree to that payment. And to make matters worse the information they provide for dog training is rubbish. It's a scam!!!!

One star is too high, complete rip off, paid for the first month never got the link, when i chased them they sent the link. I requested a refund , they offered 75 % for a product I have not used and as other reviews say they automtically arrange a direct debit for a monthly charge, customer service are poor, an internet rip off Update following a series of emails they have refunded in full and cancelled the monthly direct debit, a good outcome and the customer service department appears to have worked well.

Awful Scam - avoid at all costs Misleading information, no written confirmation and no warnings before massive costs increases. Info hidden in T&Cs or at least it is there now. UPDATED - I was able to get my 49.99 back by filing a dispute with PayPal. DoggyPlan first tried offering only 50% if I closed the dispute. They claimed it was due to "technical reasons" that the dispute must be closed first. BEWARE: PayPal warns specifically not to close a dispute before receiving refund. I challenged DoggyPlan twice and then pointed out PayPal's guidance. They offered full refund immediately. Additionally they have offered me more money back and extra freebies simply to remove this review. That won't be happening.

Just like the other reviews, I thought I was making a limited, one-time purchase. I put the $19.99 on a card I barely use just so it had some activity in the last year. I watched the videos twice but was so uninterested I thought I’d just let my access expire. Come to find out the first $49.99 was charged before a month ended, with 3 more after. Based on other’s experiences I’m gonna my to contact them but it sounds like it’ll be just going through the motions with them actually helping.

The training of the dog is OK but the audio doesn’t match the actual voice on the video. The trainer lets her dog put it’s feet on her when she is rewarding.

The trainer was very clear and understandable, and told that whatever is normal and okay with us…
