Easy to order and delivered on time.

I ordered some medical crutches. I wanted them for a trip I was going on to make it easier and more comfortable for me to get around. Therefore I paid extra for next day delivery. They didn’t arrive the next day, even though I’d ordered in plenty of time. Because of this I had to go away without any crutches and they arrived whilst I was away. I did contact the company and told them they could take the crutches back and refund my money. That was over a week ago now and no response or contact from the company at all!!!!

Tried contacting Your Essential Shop 3 times today for over one and half hours in total just holding on listening to music in order to place an order for a number of items, all to no avail. With reference to your reply, there is only so much time one is prepared to waste trying to purchase items, not to mention the frustration that this causes. I purchased from another supplier without any hassle or left hanging on the phone listening to music and with a fast delivery.

I've been looking for some decent wheelchair gloves for a while (having gone through a fair few pairs from elsewhere!), and I ordered some black leather half-gloves (with full thumb coverage) less than a week ago, and they've already arrived. Amazing quality: the leather is nice and thick, and feels tight and solid against my hand, which is also well-padded. The full-thumb is amazing for reducing wear-and-tear on my hands (since I use an active wheelchair most of the time!), and it's made getting to-and-from places much easier, as well as reducing strain when I'm at work. Better still: solid construction, and there are some handy pull ties on the fingers to enable you to take the gloves off easily. The wrist ties are nice and secure, and the gloves feel solid and substantial. Service on the website was fantastic, and the product was with me within a few days, so I didn't have to wait long. Really recommend these, and I definitely plan to buy again.
