The first date for installation was not good. The man delivered part of the lift and said the others would bring the rods. However, when the other man came he didn’t have the rods and took first delivery away. An apology was received and another date made. On this second date the lift was efficiently installed with two pleasant workmen.

We thought we couldn't have a stairlift because it would obstruct a door at the bottom of the stairs. But the Stannah representative told us about the retractable rail option, which solved our problem. An impressive piece of kit, which works perfectly, together with the rest of the lift. The installation was done very neatly and looks great. And now we won't have to move house or live downstairs!
