Technician turned up on time and was pleasant whilst at our property.

The first measurements were found to be 2cm out and the first fitting had to be completely removed. All went well 2 weeks later and the lift has been a success and great help to us since.

Initial visit was informative and helpful. Not pushy but friendly. Purchase was efficient and well explained. Early fitting, came on time, was skilled and explained everything. Excellent experience all round. We had to have a handrail taken down, and the fitter even filled in the holes!!

We are delighted with our Stannah stairlift. Carefully designed to fit our doglegged staircase. The work included carpentry to the bottom steps of our staircase and an extension to our stair rail.

The consultant was on time and gave good advice about the product. The fitting firm were on time and and fitted the stair lift with very little disruption and left it all tidy
