The engineer arrived in the time stated. He was well presented, polite and helpful. He told me what had been done. I thought I had already completed this review, so sorry if it is late.

Quick to install. Great to use. Wish we had got one sooner

The maintenance visit by our normal engineer (Russell) was changed to suit our convenience and expertly and politely carried out, as usual.

Contacted Stanner to remove a curved stair lift at my parents house following the dead of my father Spoke to a very helpful advisor and arranged for a fitter to remove the system A very polite gentleman arrived called Greg he made light work of removing the heavy installation and within an hour the stair lift had been removed there was very little mess and looked amazing when taken out I was delighted brilliant service cant thank Greg who was a credit to your company The visit was on Thursday 30 Jan in Four Oaks

Engineer turned up out of the blue - not preplanned and we were able to accommodate him. Provided service required and went away with minimal fuss. All good thanks.

Live in flat ment to be fixed yesterday guess what still broken (watmos) Walsall well done when there’s disabled people living in here. Get it sorted stannah have spoken to watmos and they said your shit and stupid and just Rob them money.

The response to our need was so swift and trouble free. The engineer was superb, and serviced the lift at the same time, as it was due in the near future.
