Brilliant service. Very neat and tidy. Everything well explained and engineer very polite and informative.

We were v pleased with the stair lift and excellent workman. They fitted it in about 2 hours and explained everything v well. The only problem was poor communication between workmen and those delivering chair lift. The chair lift hadn't arrived when workmen arrived on time to do the job. They went off to another job and came back and still had a wait for lift to arrive. The work and men were excellent. The coordination not so good.

The engineer was very punctual and professional. He took care on the installation and made minimal mess which he cleared. Stannah as a company was very efficient from the first phone call to the evaluation and quote so I can recommend them.

Had a great engineer round to fix my mums stairlift, still on warranty so all done no cost, he came in worked clean and was very helpful as in how he worked on the lift best to make sure my mum was safe and able to get to the loo if needed, very thoughtful and helpful worker, always been happy with Stannah

Done quickly when other manufacturers said it couldn't be done, Stannah fitted chair. Delighted with result except the handrail on the other side of the stairs had to be removed which was not planned. They said they would send woodworker to fix it back , higher on wall. Waited long enough and had to have my own carpenter in to do it. Otherwise perfection

When the service was booked I was given the name of the engineer who would be calling which I appreciated. Your engineer was on time, polite and easy to chat to. He worked tidily and explained what he was doing. Well done.

When the engineer,Commor, arrived he did his job completely satisfacorly; my only disappointment is that he did not keep the original date of his appointment - due, I believe, to transport difficulties. Otherwise - everything AOK.

The experience with Stannah wasn’t the best to begin with. They promised me the stairlift would be fitted within 5-10 days but I had to phone a number of times until this was done. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful and that’s why I’m giving them a 4 star review. She understood my need and expedited everything within 24hrs. The stairlift itself is very good and all the fitters etc were excellent. Very tidy workers and explained everything in detail to me regarding the stairlift

Stannah did every thing I hoped it would for me. Excellent. No complaints at all. pity the had rail was not replaced.
