Easy to sign up and use, app is friendly and not complicated only thing id suggest to improve would be when doing direct debit sign up have a confirmation in app aswell as email.

Great experience so far. I have really bad credit and can’t get accepted for anything usually and I got pre approved on Experian I thought I will give it a go probably won’t get approved but I did. Found the whole application procedure simple, no messing about. Had a previous bad experience with another company so this was a breath of fresh air.

My credit rating isn’t the best due to circumstances outside of my control over recent years. I was looking for a credit card to try and help rebuild my credit score. I saw that I had been pre-approved for the online card so I clicked apply and within literally 3 minutes or less I was all done setup on the app with a credit limit and my card being sent in the post. Couldn’t have been any easier and although I haven’t made any purchases/payments yet. The application process alone was absolutely painless. Hopefully a sign of things to come.

I started with a soft search on Experian and the Onmo showed as a card I'd qualify for. The application was quick, easy and well presented. My application was approved literally within minutes.

Had problems installing App but customer service was very quick to respond and felt with the problem within seconds. Easy process to set up and clear terms and conditions. Sensible credit limit and clear current balance on app.

Had this card nearly 2 years not even a sniff of a credit limit increase and no where to request one, my others cards are all a few grand with no huge balances, never missed a payment but nothing will close this account £250 is pointless
