United Kingdom | 18 October 2024I have highlighted this issue several times over past 6 months. The app is not fit for purpose & never has been. Possibly works 3-4 days a month at best. Nothing wrong with my IT skills!! It’s all well & good replying by saying C/S dept are available if needed. I might add that on the few occasions I have made contact my impression of the standard of C/S is one of lethargy, not to mention the grasp of the English language. Invest the large sums of money you must be raking in & acquire a service provider who can furnish the company with a reliable on line app which does the job. All other credit card providers have an app which is reliable at the very least. On the odd occasion I use one of my many credit cards the last one I think of using is this one. The app does not give me the impression of a company where security is priority. Get it sorted, would lighten the workload on the C/S dept or are they there to do the job of the app? Cheaper option I suppose!! Would not surprise me if nothing is done & fake reviews are uploaded to push this one further down so as not to be seen. Surprise me & many more of your customers.

App has a bug that froze the card saying I was in arrears when I paid it 3 times ! Then charges £12 overdue fee, said they had fixed it. Still frozen app. Will only let you pay with debit card.

The website says forbidden when I open on my phone. I have a balance of 600 and need to make a payment. PLEASE HELP. I cant find any way of contacting you
