Not honoring protective credit service. I took a credit card with onmo as a means of protecting myself when making unusual transfers. I did not receive a service from a provider called vip cars as they messed up with their car transfers and wouldn't refund me. I thought, no big deal, I will just issue a charge back with my bank. The bank won't help me fix the problem because they believe the service was honoured (in short vip cars offer a free shuttle bus that took me to the complete wrong place so I couldn't then rent the car). Anyway they won't help when you need them. Avoid strongly!

I like this card as it isn't a conventional credit card. (Interest is added daily in small amounts). The application process was smooth, the card arrived promptly and the credit limit was very reasonable. The app could do with a slight improvement as sometimes I've had to reinstall it, in order for it to work. I also asked customer services a question very early on, and it took a while to get a reply! I wonder if there are any actual staff who work for the company. It seems a little elusive! I would definitely recommend them though. I pay on time every month and would recommend.

Quick and simple process with a quick answer for approval. Sign up process is by far the easiest to do compared to other lenders and I would highly recommend this credit card supplier.

I applied online through Clear Score and all my details were pulled through and had to confirm few details which I loved. I got a response within seconds a Yes. I had to set up repayment and opted for payment reminder option. I'm being kept updated on the arrival of my nue and shiny credit card. I would recommend Onmo to anyone 10/10.
