Easy application process, user friendly, couldn't have been easier

Onmo was a very easy experience, from start to finish, application was simple,quick,and easy to navigate, I had a answer within 5 minutes if I would be accepted or not ? Overall I would rate my experience 10/10

Quick and easy to apply for an account, at first glance app looks though simple in layout adequate, relatively speedy delivery of card and easy to activate by just the app alone and then the trouble starts,I managed one small online purchase and another in store via chip and pin….. now every time I attempt to use the card it fails either on Visa’s 3D verification or again on Visa’s Zero Dollar authentication. And now reading online reviews this seems like the norm!! Disappointingly the online chat and phone live chat are only office hours Monday thru Friday, with no number to ring if card is lost or stolen either just via app, which may cause difficulties if for instance card and phone stolen etc.. To some up not a great experience from what I thought was an up and coming player in the market

In my case, I found their charges to be significantly higher than what was initially communicated. Furthermore, I encountered a lack of customer support when I needed assistance the most. Attempts to reach their support team were met with unresponsiveness, leaving me feeling frustrated and unsupported throughout the process. As you consider your options, I urge you to proceed with caution and thoroughly vet any lending institution you may be contemplating. It is crucial to choose a lender known for transparency and reliability.

Very easy application and approval process. Although I didn't get the credit limit that I wanted, I'll still recommend Onmo to family and friends. I hope to get an increased in few months time.
