United Kingdom | 18 September 2024No problems with the account for some time - Then a nightmare - Make payments above the minimum payment and as soon as I do this, it asks for another payment, and another payment - This has now happened 6 times. Make a payment that covers this months - then asks for another payment - Customer service and chat is poor - Little help and lots of stress. An update on this is that I was meant to be contacted by customer service twice - By email, have not heard a single thing. I have made 20 times the minimum payment - was 15.00, and I have paid 300 - Still says I need to pay 2.27 - Paid, still said I need to pay this. Causes me quite a lot of stress, and money - Purely on this basis, I would avoid.

But when having online chat they say it is saved

I was recommended it via Experian and Experian then recommended me to a do a balance transfer that I can’t do! Companies should not be allowed to stop you doing this!
