Recently applied for a card and it was such a simple process. Really good limit initially also

I applied for a credit card online and it was very quick and easy to do. And I like the fact that you didn't give out to much credit to begin with.

Easy application and set up process via the app. So far so good.

Fantastic customer service quick decision and very clear to understand the app is fantastic and you can do so much on it. Very easy to understand.

Probably the worst customer service, unresponsive, unsupportive and not willing to fix the problem. Stay way clear! You’ll waste your life with customer service, I mean customer no service. I’m not able to provide that information as I did on behalf of a friend who received the card and it’s take 3.5 days of calls and chats to be able to use the card. Every time she spoke to someone the same answer was given, no issue I can see. If that’s the case this should have worked for a £14 purchase

Really easy to apply and app is really user friendly

I have just recently taken out a new card with Onmo very easy application and got a £1,200 limit that’s more then some of my other cards I have had for over 2 years. Hopefully everything goes as smooth as the application process.

Easy application and a very easy to use app. Clear and simple.

Easy and straightforward with great APR rate given adverse credit history. Also a great starting balance which makes it worth while for balance transfer or larger purchases. Only issue I had, was when I tried to submit direct debit details it kept coming up with an error. I then recieved confirmation from my bank of 8 x direct debit setups. I went and cancelled all but 1. Minor and took all of 5 minutes to resolve.

The application process was simple and quick. I got a more credit than I was expecting and the apr was a lot lower than other cards I have had in the past.

Great card easy to use

Generally the quickest set up for a new credit card, quick approval and card is being sent within 5 working days. Had a look at the APP and it looks simple to use as well.
