Application was quick and easy, they came back with a decent limit so that was good. As yet I have not had to contact customer service nor had any issues, however I will update this review if I do. So far so good.

AVOID SCAM COMPANY. Onmo add late payment charges to your account when your payments are on time, when you email the to resolve it they completely ignore you. I have recently been receiving emails and text messages saying that I have an overdue balance(which I haven't) I have emailed them for an explanation and they have ignored that and also ignored the 2 complaints I have sent them. I've now had to resort to writing the the FCA and Ombudsman as I'm now receiving communications from their debt collectors. Update for reply. I won't be wasting my time contacting you. You've ignored 4 of my emails. I've reported the matter to FCA and the ombudsman

Poor app and even worse customer service. The app only shows a few days of transactions. Statements do not work! I have never been able to view a statement from this company. I have complained several times, they take weeks to respond. When they do respond they just say "which one do you want" as if emailing them to be is acceptable. Not sure how they have such good ratings they are terrible. Update: 1-2 business days is an outright lie. It took 4 weeks for them to respond last time I wanted a statement.

As a new customer, I am able to tell you that overall, 8 out of 10 this company is great and hope that gradually I change my score to 10 out of 10.
