Very easy to apply, set up to use through app rather than another card, although you can order a physical card

It was going well until… last night was unable to add my card to uber eats, kept declining. Couldn’t add to PayPal either. Tried ATM and again wasn’t working. As it was after 5pm, customer service is closed and there is no support at all, so if you are in an emergency situation you are on your own. Checked the mobile app and all ok, card active and etc. Today I contacted support on the app, told the card is fine and everything is ok but then transfer me to another department where the app has been stuck transferring for 4 hours now. I have tried this twice. I customer agent said there was an issue and I will be contacted in 3 working days. Terrible customer service and experience that’s left me frustrated and with no access to my credit. Not a good start.

Smooth and Easy Had a quick decision upon requesting credit card, didnt have to wait long for approval. Just waiting for my card and I will be good to go. Clear outline of my credit limit and contract rules. So far so good.

Ok I want to give an honest review. For the first 18 months the service was super. Worked liked it should and didn’t have to contact customer services. Over the last 6 months I have questioned the interest I am being charged, even at the high interest rates it wasn’t correct. Charging me nearly double what they should. Consistently getting emails & texts telling me I haven’t made the monthly payment, when I have. Customer services pretty much useless. I’m hoping this can get resolved as I noticed I am not the only customer to be having these problems. STAY AWAY!
