Tried emailing them and online chat they just ignore you. Great start for a new credit card company. Will be closing account when I can mange to actually get through to them.

United Kingdom | 28 November 2024Had the card for a few months now. I usually pay most of my balance off, maybe leaving £100 or so until the next month. My balance is currently £0, I tried to use the card on ebay, it declined. Amazon, declined. Tried to use the physical card in store at Morrisons today, also declined. The card isn't frozen or anything, there's nothing on my account to say the card shouldn't work, I've had no emails from them and there's no reason why the card shouldn't work so I'm at a loss. Their customer service is only open 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Considering that this is a bank where you need to be employed to get a card, it seems strange they'd only open when most folks are at work. I will try and contact them again tomorrow, but I'm not going to waste my time with them, if I can't get it resolved quickly I'll just close the account, thankfully I have other cards I can use.
