Absolutely awful! Long story short, needed to update my phone number to be able to access my account, when I tried to phone up, I was told they could not access my account as I couldn’t remember what I last used my card on. I could tell them the last payment I made but this was not good enough! I kept getting told I needed to remember information, when asked what information I needed to remember she didn’t know!! My wife tried to explain it to her multiple times as did I and she just wouldn’t take on board what we were trying to say. She would not transfer the call as I did not pass authentication. I gave her my address and card number as well as my date of birth and she still wouldn’t help!! Direct debit cancelled until they can help due to being told I have no account with them!

I had a fab experience by phone I couldn’t amend my address on the app as it was missing my house number so I did the live chat and the woman was very helpful she rang me to sort it out and then sent me a new card out and counciled the other one

ONMO was a really quick and easy application, which was initially recommended via Experian, and was pre-approved with an APR rate and estimated credit line. Overall a good first interaction with this new company and impressed with their website and mobile application.
