First order was not complete & they questioned the basis of my claim. Still waiting a replacement

Delivery of the VegTrug was prompt following order. Although the box was slightly damaged in transit, the VegTrug itself was very well packed and was in perfect condition. I'm not a DIY person, but it was easy to assemble (may need 2 people at one stage). Garden Essentials were ideal to order from and I would certainly recommend them.

My order did not arrive within the 3 days stated, but when I phoned to enquire about my order, I was treat most politely and the problem sorted straight away. My Trug arrived within 24 hrs of my contacting them, one hour later it was errected-simple. Not bad for a 69 year old lady.

I bought a garden arch- very beautiful- came perfectly packed- all the bits were there! delivered on the stated day. Looks lovely in the garden -easy to put together - one can do it- but two makes it easier!

The order was quickly processed and delivery made without incident; helped by delivery agent to plce quite large DIY assembly unit package in the garage prior to unpack. The instructions are quite straightforward, and the unit comes together with bolts and simple screws; the alignment process reqires some screws to be tightened fully after all pieces are brought together for better alignment. The Trug is of the quality expected; the capped feet will help longevity. Seems to be a fairly priced product.

The swing looks good but Lets hope it lasts. I had a few problems with the seat section. The bottom section onto which one of the armrests attatches to had no pre drilled hole for the bolt to pass through and the other side of the tube had a large triangular shaped hole. ( a manufacturing fault ) I am just wodering if there is any quality control on these items.

Ordered veg trug one afternoon , free delivery and it came at 9.15 am next morning ! How about that for service ! ( the trug is great too )

Have ordered goods from this company on several occasions and have been generally very pleased. However, this time they were a little sneaky in their accounting methods. They advertise that orders over £50 carry free P&P, so I ordered 5 of their garden arches @ £10 each, which should qualify for the free P&P, but when the total price appeared it showed £49.98, 2 Pence short of the £50 free P&P level. to achieve the level for this offer I then had to add another article to the order to take the total over the £50. I know that this is not a major issue so far as the cost is concerned, but if it happens to every customer ordering £50 worth of goods they are encouraging people to add further items to their order which they probably had no intention of buying in the first place. So, I am relatively happy with the goods, but am feeling a little ripped off over the so called free P&P.

Package arrived on time as stated, helpful friendly driver, good firm packaging. Veg trug was fairly easy to put together - I did it myself with no electric tools, in a morning. Just need the weather to get growing now!

Speedy delivery, well packed and as described. However, one of the fixings was missing. Garden Essentials responded quickly to my email but the emphasis to sort out was put back to the manufacturer. Remains to see if fixing will be forthcoming.

Ordered a product of which apparently there were 5 in stock, paid the money and got delivery date. Next day get an email telling me I had been given a refund. No explanation given! When I contacted them I was told product was not in stock and no longer available. A very uninterested and halfhearted apology given and even after I questioned the fact they had 5 showing on their site, computer error was their response. Won't be using again.

I ordered my product knowing it would be delivered in good time thurs needed it for Saturday am Thurs no arrival rang they promised Friday Friday stayed in all day still no show another phone call and was told mon after telling them that wasn't acceptable receptionist tried to contact courier She did call back and they said Saturday delivery again stayed in and eventually it came in the afternoon When we opened the plastic delivery bag the box containing gift was battered and torn in places Won't use again

Without doubt an excellent company to deal with. Ordered product on Monday with delivery scheduled for Wednesday. The delivery was made on Tuesday. Well done! Haven't opened the parcel yet but am not expecting any problems. I am confident that all will be well or quickly remedied if a problem arises.
