The Garden Essentials website offered a 1.8 metre self assembly timber trug complete with three covers and a metal and plastic frame to suppport a plastic green house cover, a fleece cover and an insect resist cover for an all inclusive price. Carrier delivery was included in the price and the product arrived in three days.The substantial timber trug was simple to assemble with pre-drilled timber panels, sturdy, bolted frame and full instructions. The timber is pre- treated, there are two pre-formed liners for the compost (420 litres required) the result is a rigid, handsome trough that can be comfortably worked in a standing position and looks as though it will give many years of service..

The product was just as I expected and the service was very good .

I am quite concerned that you have sent me a review to post when in the end i did not even get a product from you! I bought gardening gloves for my grandfather, all went through fine until i got a call 1 hour after placing my order to say you no longer had those items in stock.....how unacceptable is that? Your stock should have been updated on your system, no? How can someone buy something if you are out of stock? Many websites do that! Worst of all was that it was the last present i needed to buy and now i have been let down by another company and so i am still with no gloves for my grandfather. Sorry but will not be using your website again even though the lady who called me was very apologetic.
