However, Marius was incredibly helpful and arranged a test drive immediately (despite no pre-booking). All paperwork and signatures were completed easily online or in the show room and my car was ready for pick up on that Friday with no issues. Here are some key points from my experience: Positives: Customer Service: Henry, the sales executive, was very accommodating. He picked me up from the station, which was a great help. He also ensured that all the payment and paperwork were finalized efficiently. Registration Number: I was very pleased with the registration number they provided, which included my initials. This attention to detail was much appreciated. Communication: Sheila Fernandes, the sales manager, was very reassuring and responsive during a stressful time when I hadn't received replies from Henry, who was on holiday. Her emails were comforting and ensured that everything was ready for the pickup. Price: I am happy with the price I got for the vehicle, and they did their best to match a Carwow offer. Parts Department: I had a positive experience with the parts department. The staff member was very pleasant and even offered a 10% discount on the mats I purchased. His helpful demeanor made the experience even better. Areas for Improvement: Handover Process: The handover process felt rushed, and many items on the vehicle handover form were not covered. I felt pressured to sign the form before actually going over the details. It would have been helpful to have a more thorough and unhurried handover, especially as this is my first time driving a fully electric vehicle. Communication During Holidays: There was some confusion and stress when Henry went on holiday without informing me. It would be beneficial for the dealership to have better communication and cooperation within the team to handle customer queries when a sales executive is away. Overall: Despite the rushed handover and communication hiccups, my overall experience with MG Richmond Guildford has been positive. The team did their best under the circumstances, and I appreciate their efforts. I would recommend them to others looking to purchase an MG vehicle.

Problems which most garages would just say bring it in and we'll have a quick look, is met by we'll book you in a few weeks time. All I hear from other owners is customer care is rubbish.
