First time I’ve written a review ever, and agree about repair service with other reviews. Took car in for small repair one week after annual service and also had “free health check” for second time in a week. Repair was carried out, which took over 2 hours for a very small job. On getting car back, noticed two marks and a crack in bumper. Tried to call 6 times but no one answers the phone so sent an email to Lisa Thomas asking for a call back and am still waiting after 6 days. Will not be going back and am seeking an appointment with the manager but not holding breath.
