United Kingdom | 22 November 2024Really poor experience, owned my Suzuki less than a year and there is a paint defect to the roof i.e it’s peeling off. It had GuardX applied too! Suzuki are rejecting the warranty claim saying caused by “bird droppings” - car is less than a year old, with protection and not had bird droppings left on it. Be warned, Suzuki after service is poor!

The whole process was really easy, Ginelle Dagoy was my personal sales lady and she stayed with me through the whole journey, keeping me updated on progress with delivery of my new 2024 Swift Hybrid (orange) which took about 3 months. Picked the new car up yesterday and very pleased with it.

Honest, professional and trustworthy but most of all after a bad experience with MG he took his time to understand my wants, needs and budget. He then found me the most perfect car which was more than i ever imagined! The handover has been so smooth and problem free, Adam has kept me up to date the whole way through and made me so excited and content to own a new car again!

United Kingdom | 21 November 2024Finally found a car that had all of the features i required as well as being low mileage and for sale at a good price point - I called the up to Suzuki Portsmouth and was put through to Ginelle Dagoy who was absolutely fantastic. I was over 100miles away from the location of the car, yet Ginelle talked me through everything, sent images and videos of the car and helped me arrange a suitable date to come down for a test drive where i had the pleasure of meeting her in person, Ginelle made me feel comfortable as soon as i walked in to the dealership, she was clearly extremely confident and knowledgeable. Ended up purchasing the car and the whole process was really straight forward, i have received a couple of follow up calls just to check how i have been getting on with the car, their customer service has been excellent.

United Kingdom | 21 November 2024Took my MG ZS EV to RMG Botley today for a service and MOT. Also asked them to sort out the reversing camera whose image is very distorted and practically useless. Further both the forward and reversing cameras are useless in the dark. Have been told 'they're all like it' and nothing they can do (or rather nothing they want to do) One of the reasons I bought this car was the 7 year warranty and peace of mind. Believe me it's not worth the paper it's written on - I have been shown the exclusions which take up two sides of A4 and covers much more than 'fair wear & tear'. All in all a terrible product and even worse customer service. I wouldn't buy another Chinese MG if you paid me too and certainly not from Richmond Motor Grou

RMG accepted the proposal and arranged for a lump sum to go to my bank account and provided me with a 1 year old Ignis on a repayment schedule. A very satisfactory solution which was much appreciated.

United Kingdom | 20 November 2024I visited Richmond Motor Group Southampton yesterday with a view to buying a car. It has two dealerships on site, Skoda and MG. I parked in one of a number of vacant parking spaces in front of the MG site. The sales/showroom area appeared empty save for one male person who came to my car and asked if I was going to be long, “not sure” I replied; “you can’t park here”; there was nothing to indicate it was anything other than a vacant parking slot of several; “oh, who can park here?” I asked; “us” he said and disappeared! I took myself, my car with Blue Badge and my custom elsewhere.
