Visited to look at a used vehicle and sales executive Ben was knowledgeable about the car and helpful in my search for a replacement vehicle. As well as letting us check all areas and taking a test drive the following day, he answered our questions and helped us reach our decision. Show room was clean and well presented with plenty of seating space. Ben was also exceptionally helpful with organising the delivery of the vehicle swiftly and talking through all I needed to know, despite it getting dark and late after work.

from start to finish, the whole sale was done in a very friendly and courteous manner. there was no rush from the salesmen to buy a car and we were left to browse without someone breathing down our neck trying to get a sale. when we asked questions about the vehicles from both deepaq and martin (salesmen), they were very knowledgeable about the product and it was evident they took pride in their work. i would highly recommend a visit to this branch, i would like to thank deepaq and martin for their assistance with our purchase

My sons Hyundai i10 went for an MOT and failed on headlamp beams and I was quoted £1300 for the work. I told them to have it ready and I would get it fixed elsewhere. 15 minutes I was called and they said they could buff the headlights for £80 to allow it to pass. They should have offered this in the first instance and not the crazy £630 per headlamp repair price, which I am sure some people who are not aware that Polycarbonate ones can be polished would have accepted. (I have had vehicles before where the headlamps could be polished and that is why I was shocked by the price). The fact that this was attempted has completely destroyed my trust in the garage and I would no longer use them.
