Initial impressions were good then frustration after being informed that delivery/collection would be delayed some 5 days after it was established that the vehicle couldn’t be immediately taxed due to it being subject to SORN. Pleased with car when finally delivered.

Our purchase was handled very well by Josh (Southampton Hyundai) although in his 1st week after training showed his commitment to provide a good service, he should do well with this attitude. Downside when I rang the showroom in between purchase and collection the calls would often be unanswered despite hanging on for several minutes and even an email ignored.

Amazing service from the team at Portsmouth and particular thanks to Becky, Paige and Dave for facilitating a repair and dealing with all the parties involved. Everyone was so helpful and made my experience a really positive one. I was kept updated throughout and nothing was too much trouble.

Richmond Hyundai Southampton have vastly improved their Sales Dept Customer Care in the last couple of years. Last week I purchased a New Tucson Ultimate and am pleased to have been instrumental in Joshua Gadbury's first sale. Throughout the process he was very knowledgeable and explained things well and kept in touch until and after the handover. Richmond needed more salesman like him and he should be very successful.

Last week I had a browse around the showroom as I’m looking at changing my current car and I’ve heard good things about the new Hyundai ranges. A very polite young man, Joshua Gadbury, came over to me immediately and asked if he could help me and what my requirements were. I explained that I’m looking to change my car in the next few months but am really not sure what’s the best way to go. Joshua lead me to each car I was interested in and talked through all the points which mattered to me. He was very knowledgeable about each car and I found he explained things clearly. I’m not quite ready to make a decision yet, but if I decide to have a Hyundai, then I’ll certainly be back to see Josh!
