Like many car sales there is always a lot of sales chatter. This car purchase was no exception. Whilst I liked most of what I was told when it came to the actual purchase there was very little in actual writing or documentation. I took to emailing all my concerns to the sale person, who replied by answering my concerns, so I had "promises" in writing. The whole process of buying the car and getting all the written information, such as the 6 month breakdown service and getting the the Suzuki warranty registered took phone calls and time. I am very pleased to report that the Suzuki Richmond Motor Group Business and Sales managers at Totton have fully addressed my concerns and assure me they have taken actions to ensure such concerns will not arise for future customers. I am very pleased to up date my star rating to 5 stars.

Marius was fabulous taking me through all the paperwork for completing the purchase of my new MG and trading in my old car. I felt no time was wasted and he was super professional making me aware of each aspect of the process. Throughout the exercise he fed me encouraging information about my new car so now I have got to get into this fabulous car.
