I had ordered my Motability car back in July. Martin, the Motability Specialist, helped me confirm my choice in his knowledgeable, friendly, professional and humorous manner. He seemed as surprised as I was that my car was delivered just over 3 months after being ordered (I expected a 7 month wait). Pick-up wasn’t rushed, Martin explaining the paperwork to me and running through the controls of the car and answering any questions I had. We also found we shared an interest in Classic Cars! A professional, relaxed service throughout.

Very enjoyable and informative meeting with Marius Mockus to test drive the MG Cyberster this morning. Marius was both helpful and knowledgeable making the entire process most enjoyable as looking for a new car should be.

We were lucky to have our purchase dealt with by Harry, who was friendly, helpful and a pleasure to deal with. As an organisation however, the behaviors were very hierarchical - newer/younger staff having to queue quietly in managers office until said manager acknowledged them. As customers we were also waiting but that didn't seem important - this didn't sit well with me at all. A good couple of decades out of date when it comes to team working in my opinion, although I have experienced that this is an industry with a lot of catching up to do!

I saw a car I liked on the website, telephoned Scott - the Showroom Manager, told him of my situation (my own car had sadly died) and he was both very helpful and very empathetic. Scott arranged for me test drive the Suzuki Vitaris, the next morning. I was met on the forecourt by Del (who must be their best Salesman!), and his friendliness and service was absolutely top-drawer; nothing was too much trouble and he was extremely helpful too! Ironically, the day I brought the car home, would have been my father's 100th Birthday which made it all rather poignant for me,and I'm sure he would have approved of it. It's a lovely car. Highly recommended.

We received a letter from Richmond Motor Group regarding an upgrade option. We visited Hyundai in Southampton just to have a conversation, and we met Henry, a young man who worked in the sales department. He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and he answered all of our questions. As a result, we purchased our first Hyundai Tucson, and we are very happy with it. Hyundai vehicles are of high quality and can sell themselves, but good guidance from a salesperson can be very helpful. We were impressed with the dealership, the team, and their kindness and helpfulness. The entire process was smooth and easy.
