Elliott introduced himself right away upon entering the building. We were looking for a SUV to enjoy camping trips in. We had to make adjustments to fit our budget and Elliott help us with the process. I could not be happier with our decision to buy. Even after the sale, Elliott was supportive, a rare thing once money has been handed over. Without a doubt the best experience in my car buying history.

Fair to say I’ve not had great experiences buying cars in the past from dealers … but Martin and Richmond have persuaded me there is light at the end of the tunnel.. from the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted and treated exceptionally well.. guidance and advice was honest and open.. we never felt pressured or pushed into any decision’s. The Manager (Corin) actually came out of the office and spoke to us at length… for those who know the normal routine dealer managers are typically firmly routed in the back office and are very hands off… a concept I personally find rude and arrogant.. not the case here.. in fact these little touches, going the extra mile, sealed the deal for us, after visiting 3 other manufacturers dealerships. If you want great service go to Richmond Southampton and ask for Martin Shaw or Corin.

Thank you to the sales team at Richmond- Hyundai Southampton for a great buying experience. We came in to look at the Tuscon's as we were looking for a mid sized SUV. We were helped by three fantastic members of the sales team. Jacob who was at Southampton for training organized a test drive for us. Ali who did all the paperwork got the car ready for us and even found that the charging cable was missing from the car, a new one put in the car for us. He gave us the new car experience even though the car was nearly new it was so kind of him. Also Ali's manager (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) He sorted out the car deal for us, he showed us the options on the car we brought and a brand new one. He wasn't pushy for a sale and let us talk about what we needed, even saying from our conversation, the nearly new was better for us. He even explained that Jacob was on a training course and Ali would be handling the sale he just stepped in to help while Ali was busy. The sales team helped us to get the right car. It was a really good experience. We had been to a lot of different car dealerships this week trying to find the right car. Richmond Hyundai were by far the best.

We recently bought a family car/car for our new driver daughter to drive from Hyundai in Slyfield Industrial Estate. The entire experience from start to finish was very impressive. Elliott was helpful, knowledgeable and transparent as he guided us through the options. I would have no hesitation in recommending Elliott and the Hyundai team to others.

MARIUS MOCKUS is not your usual stereotypical car salesman. Just popped in to browse and discuss the possibility of upgrading my five year old MG ZS. Walked out having placed an order for a brand new MG ZS Hybrid. Marius was very helpful in discussing all the options, including the purchase of second hand vehicles. He was not at all pushy and I was not pressurised into making any decisions. Although financing was obviously discussed, he did not try and coerce me in any way at all, a refreshing change from the norm. I was very happy with the deal that was agreed, and do not feel that I could have achieved a better price, all the variants considered. Marius was professional, polite and no query, however trivial, was too much trouble for him. A pleasure to deal with.
