United Kingdom | 15 January 2025The quality of hair extensions is beyond terrible, the quality has deteriorated so so much. I wish I could add pictures so that you could see how much they have shredded in such a short period of time. They do not last at all! Not only do they shred they go yellow within a short period of time too. I use professional shampoo and conditioner, I use their heat protector. I’ve worn extensions for years so it’s not like I’m new to extensions, but these have been a complete waste of money!

Beauty works then have gone above and beyond to resolve the issues I did have which has also been a great experience. Their customer service and quick shipping are definitely worth the cost and I will continue to use this brand :D

I was initially annoyed with the color-match samples I requested and how they looked compared to the pictures online. I have been contacted and told I can send a picture in, and one of their staff members will look at the picture and tell me which is the best, which I am happy with. Thank you very much. I will be looking forward to getting my new matched extensions.

United Kingdom | 11 January 2025Ordered some new clips on and with my order was given some argan oil as part of it and when it arrived the parcel smelt amazing!! Wasn’t concerned straight away… opened the bag and to find it was the Argan oil which smelt insane…. That has split and gone all over my order making it all slippery and not pleasant to handle. Luckily the extensions are wrapped so they aren’t damaged but the oil has to go in the bin and the packaging also. Not sure if it’s from the delivery firm handling it rough but that’s my experience Update- Been in touch with Lucy from customer services and she has been fantastic and sorted the issue which as previously mentioned wasn’t even beautyworks fault that I know of. Thank you so much for all for help
