Hair is always great quality and silky and soft. I find the hair oil and 10 in 1 miracle spray very conditioning and use the shampoo and conditioner daily as it really has left my natural hair in great condition. The clip in fringe is awesome. I have the ice blonde, bohemian blonde and champagne blonde clip in fringes and everyone compliments me when I am wearing one.

I found it very unacceptable that the returns policy on your electrical items for hygiene reasons you can not send back which is a load of rubbish you purchase something u need to test it out and then if it’s no good you should be able to send it back not spend £220 on a product and then it not to be powerful enough to be told that you can’t send it back. It’s absolutely ridiculous. I’ve never heard anything like it in my life, you can buy an hairstyling tool from any other company in the world and they let you return it but he doesn’t accept it I would never buy from this place again as now I’ve got a product that I got my daughter for Christmas sat in her room that she will not use again.
