United Kingdom | 19 January 2025The box this is housed in was nice but the case inside the box was even better. It’s pretty, sold and a place to keep everything together so no hunting for bits. My first attempt to dry my hair didn’t go to well to be honest but I think with time, I will get better at using all the items and will enjoy doing so. The only thing I don’t like and again I will hopefully get better at it with time is, with it being digital controls, my hands or fingers kept touching these and keeps changing the speed, temp whilst using. It would have 5 stars if this could have some kind of lock on it like you can with washing machines etc (child locks for adults).

United Kingdom | 19 January 2025My product ordering was quick & easy, delivery was on time & well packaged, I am so pleased with my Molly Mae wand, the length & diameter are exactly what I was looking for, the kit has the clips, mat, gloves & a brush as well, all good quality, the results are brilliant, I’m a hairstylist & would gladly use this in the salon as it also has a 3 metre cord, as do all of my electrical appliances, highly recommended 10/10

This was addressed to beauty works and Lucy made contact, had this sorted for me and a new one sent out. Customer service is really good here and they are keen to satisfy customers expectations. Can’t fault them!

Made me feel reassured, they also said they will put some extra goodies in the package with free next day delivery! United Kingdom | 16 January 2025Product never arrived. I raised this with customer service who told me I needed to wait a week and then they would resend. On the last day of the waiting period Hermes marked the parcel as delivered at 11pm. Obviously, the parcel was not delivered and no one was trying to deliver a parcel at 11pm. When I reached out to customer service to tell them this, they took a strange tone and said they would look into opening a case with the police? (I assume they thought I was lying and were trying to scare me?). Anyways they insisted I had to call their customer service team and when I said I don’t have a UK number to call from (I live in Dubai), they said there was nothing they could do. So I lost the money and my mum’s christmas present never arrived.
