These are really lovely straighteners and come in a pretty storage bag, with a paddle brush. Heat controls are easy to manage - much more precise than some models. My only concern was the lack of a heat-proof mat to rest them on when they're hot. Both my previous sets of straighteners had come with protective mats (so you don't damage bedding or woodwork etc. when you put them down for a few minutes), but there was nothing to rest these on. For the price, and given the overall quality of the product, I'd have expected a heat mat.

I love the product. The hair quality is absolutely amazing. However twice I have received my order with quit of a delay. My recant purchase was small but I did need it to replace the existing tape in extensions. I found that communication was was automated or some sort of an email signature what was missing a human touch for me. At the end I received my order 2 and half weeks later. I believe a future discount code could have been given.

I recently got in touch with beauty works as my curling tool had stopped working. I got in touch with customer service to see if there is anything they could do to fix it. The lovely Ella H was fantastic to deal with. As it was out of warranty they were unable to fix / exchange the curling tool as I had bought it 4 years ago but instead they gave me a £20 code off my next purchase. Brought the sunset orange hair straightener so happy with this product. It’s lightweight straightens my corse thick frizzy hair with hardly any effort doesn’t snag on my hair and extensions either(btw I wear beauty works stick tips and hair is still in amazing condition even after 3rd refit). Purchased this straightener Friday 27th Dec and received next day. The straightener comes in a lovely box with a matching heat mat. Couldn’t fault this company or their products my holy grail

Delivery was quick, product is stylish and well built, the case to keep the dryer and styling tools is as lovely as the dryer itself. The Aeris dryer is easy to use, powerful and very quiet, did not set off my tinnitus as normal hairdryers do (I have to wear protective earbuds when using normal dryers - I didn't need them with this new dryer). I am looking forward to using all the styling wands etc. I'm useless at drying my hair but I look like I've just walked out of the hairdressers. My hair is sleek and shiny and feels fabulous. Believe the hype, the dryer is worth spending that little bit extra as it comes complete with everything you need.
