I contacted customer services as my order had not arrived which transpired that the courier lost my order. After a little mishap with my delivery going missing ( not beauty works fault, couriers service was at fault ) I had a huge panic as I’d loose a big deposit on a hair appointment. I contacted them on a weekend even though they are not open, and I was very lucky to get a phone call from Ellie who was unbelievably helpful, she reassured me that she would get my missing parcel to me before my appointment was due, she did that and was delivered first thing this morning and she has been absolutely spot on with communication with me also. I made an order and the hair wasn’t a great match, I emailed beauty works in a panic as I need them in asap. I got a response really quickly from a girl called Sophie who has been a fantastic help & new hair is being sent out next day delivery, Il have new hair for the weekend. Incorrect hair length sent out, Ella immediately rectified this. Sent the correct hair out that day (next day delivery) and arranged for me to return the incorrect product. Post covid the quality of the hair has dropped massively for Beauty Works Middle East/UAE. The blonde mix colors turn orange no later than 2nd or 3rd month. I have given the benefit of a doubt and purchased honey blonde and then Melrose, both turned orange. Not only the prices keep in creasing but quality is the worst ever. Even my hairdresser at the salon where they get the extension from (Beauty works is one of the suppliers) made similar comments that has received the same feedback. I made the complaint through the salon, as i had spend more than 500 euros on these extensions and Beauty Works responded that i have signed a paper when i purchased and that they dont guarantee any timeline. Its ridiculous that they cant event guarantee a 3 month period. Never buying again and dont waste your money.
