Happy with the service I received when colour matching my hair.

I contacted via WhatsApp to ask if the comb from the waver kit was sold separately as I’ve lost mine. I spoke to Libby who told me that it wasn’t sold separately however she’d check with the warehouse to see if there was any spare. There was and she’s getting one posted out for me. Amazing customer service!

Really pleased with these straighteners. The adjustable temperature is really useful for coloured hair. They leave hair really shiny and curl hair well too. Really nice case/set they came in too. Excellent speedy delivery too.

Customer service is patronising and unhelpful. It is ridiculous site advertise on their website that they can change the order shipment address if there is a mistake (this mistake was on their part by the way) but I have received a call today to say that that is unable to be done quite contradicting Would not recommend purchasing from this site as they are very unhelpful.
