I reached out to BW online chat service and was answered by Ella. Ella was fantastic and solved the problem very, very quickly. She was a credit to Beauty Works and I thank her and company policy for the speedy resolution. Great Customer Service!

Holly recommended 3 colours to go and have a look at which really helped me as I didn't have a clue where to start, I took a look at the 3 colours and the LA blonde she had recommended was the winner for me. I ordered and they have arrived this morning, the colour is perfect! I had a panic though as I was not sure if I had ordered enough, so I decided to WhatsApp again and get a more professional opinion because to be honest I am so clueless when it comes to things like this. Holly responded so quickly and I can not describe how much I appreciated the quick response, her response was clear mentioning that they recommended 2/3 packs however she felt that 2 packs would be enough for me, however if I was still worried i could order a pack and if they aren't needed just simply return them for a full refund. I really appreciate Holly taking the time to respond to me so quickly and she prevented my anxiety spiralling all day whilst waiting for a response (which she didn't even know would happen)

Previous wefts have lasted so long as i take good care of my extensions, my hair dresser uses me as an example to clients who dont! I bought 22” oak weft end of 2024 and already there is horrendous breakage and loss of length. Disgusting considering how much it cost. Never again, too inconsistent.

United Kingdom | 20 February 2025i swear by beauty works and will only ever use their hair extensions! i’ve been using them for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience!! the quality in insane and having worn extensions since being 16 and now 24 and within this time trying many brands i feel the luxury standards beauty works holds is miles above any other comparison. although i always have a pleasant customer service experience with beauty works today lauren really went above and beyond, she answered my questions efficiently and was so patient/ making me feel really important and not just “another customer”. her extensive knowledge in the products combined with her lovely bubbly personality made the whole experience so smooth sailing for me!!! if your thinking of buying extensions but hesitant for any reason go for it! you won’t be disappointed at all xx
