As a hairstylist, I've just started using Beauty Works Hair, And I've already had fantastic feedback about it. I had my first Business chat With Charlotte, To help me kickstart my business. She's super motivated, Has given me lots of information to help grow my business. I'm really looking forward to working with her more in the future .

As someone who has had a trade account with Beautyworks for 7 years now, I have never had to go through the complaints process of faulty hair. I recently had to do this with a customer as the hair had changed colour very quickly, the complaints process is very easy to do so and very thorough but after completing the survey I was passed on to Sophie in customer services. Sophie has made the complaint and return process so easy for me, not only was she very understanding for the customer but understanding and compassionate for me as the hairdresser and business owner, she has left myself and my customer extremely happy with the service she has provided in resolving the matter quickly and effectively, this has given me a boost in knowing if anything does occur with a fault in any batches of hair in the future, Beautyworks are there to help and support you. The customer service provided was fantastic and I will continue to use Beautyworks as my main supplier. I think the quality and service can not be beaten! Thankyou again Sophie for your hard work and dedication to helping me. You were fantastic xxx

I experienced brilliant customer service today. I was trying to figure out a refund and sent quite a lengthy message. To make things easier for both parties, Bella at beauty works called me and spent time discussing and advising me over the phone. She was so polite and friendly and really very helpful - I was super impressed!!! Thanks Bella, you’re a star!

I ordered the celebrity nano bond hair and it came very well packaged and very quickly. Unfortunately the hair was the wrong colour. Contacted Beauty Works and spoke to a lovely lady Ella who made it hassle free and exchanged the colour and is making sure it comes out in time for my hair appointment. Really pleased as a first time beauty works customer 😁. Thank you

Fast, efficient delivery of my hair straighteners. Packaged well and good communication from Beauty Works regarding delivery status. The straighteners work really well and my hair feels lovely and soft after using them, not frazzled to bits like it was after using my previous straighteners! I wouldn't hesitate to buy from Beauty Works again.

Lauren is such an asset to your company, I really hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Ordered a Molly Mae curl kit and paid for next day delivery. As usual with Evri they didn't deliver it and after 4 days I contacted customer support at Beauty Works because Evris customer service is awful. Lauren got back to me really quickly. After some back and forth between us while she worked on it she cancelled my original order and sent me out a new one with DPD, she also added some freebies to my parcel which was amazing because the things she chose are products that I have and love so more is always welcome. The parcel arrived in less than 24 hours. She also generated me a personal code for a discount to use in future. I really hope Beauty Works reconsiders the courier they use because evri is letting them down. Judging by other reviews I'm not the first and I won't be the last.

I returned at a cost to me an unused, unwanted Aeros multi styler which was a Christmas present from my husband.This company sent it back stating it had been used!!! After challenging this and requesting evidence, they have replied saying they carried out rigorous checks and hair was found on the product but haven’t produced any actual evidence to prove this. It would have been impossible for them to have found hair as I hadn’t even taken it out of the box……We are now seriously out of pocket @ £220!!! Would definitely recommend avoiding this company.

Lauren was extremely helpful and looked into my delayed order. She was polite and friendly and resolved my issue instantly with a new order and next day delivery. I was very happy with her phone manor and while she was looking into it whilst on the phone she engaged in general conversation with me.

The hair is of very good quality, however I feel that it is overpriced and the tape itself isn’t very good and doesn’t hold for very long !

Ella was great help today thank you! I received a slightly different shampoo to what I ordered and Ella has arranged straight away for the correct one to be sent out next day delivery. Thank you Ella!
